Utter disappointment
by RM on 5/13/24Hard Rock Live Sacramento - WheatlandI had such expectations for a night if laughter. PD was so not funny. What a disappointment! We totally enjoyed The Hardrock casino/hotel/venue itself... just not the show!!

Pete Davidson is a celebrated stand-up comedian, actor, writer and producer.
In 2023, Davidson starred in Peacock's "Bupkis," a semi-autobiographical comedy series he also co-created, co-wrote and executive produced.
Davidson was a cast member on NBC's "Saturday Night Live" from 2014-2022, where his singular Weekend Update features and original music videos garnered millions of views. He recently returned to Studio 8H to host the 49th season premiere of "SNL," earning rave reviews.
Davidson shot his first one-hour stand-up special for Comedy Central in 2016 and was named one of Forbes' 30 Under 30 the same year. In 2020, he released the stand-up special "Pete Davidson: Alive From New York." Davidson was listed as one of Time's 100 Most Influential People of 2022.
In 2020, Davidson co-wrote, executive produced, and starred in the critically acclaimed film "The King of Staten Island." Additional film work includes "Dumb Money," "Transformers: Rise of the Beasts," "Trainwreck," "Big Time Adolescence," "Set It Up," "Meet Cute," and "Bodies Bodies Bodies." Upcoming projects include "The Home," "Wizards!," and "I Slept with Joey Ramone."

It was fun, funny, extremely entertaining and worth every penny. It was even worth having to lock up our phones and Apple Watches. We will definitely see him again.

I understand the want/need for them but it just caused chaos, a lot of unhappy people and no one knew when to sit or when the show was starting. Maybe make a time announcement next time?

by Catia on 5/7/24Savannah Civic Center - Johnny Mercer Theatre - SavannahPete Davidson and Joey Gay were able to make us laugh regardless of the fact that the Johnny Mercer Theater did not close the doors of the venue at showtime. Throughout the entire performance, at least 50 people were moving around through the seating area with ushers flashing lights in our eyes like a police interrogation. I felt like I was in a mosh pit. Reminds me why we drive to Jacksonville for a performance. Doors looked at showtime. Comedians were AMAZING

He discusses past and current issues in his life, frequently using self-deprecating humor. His comedy contains few "one-liner"jokes, but he makes the audience members feel like he is sharing his life and problems with them. His show is very entertaining.
