This production of The Book of Mormon was even better than the one I saw on Broadway in NYC! The cast was amazing and everything about the show was top notch! So glad I caught the show in Chicago!!

Fourth time I've seen it--starting when it first hit Broadway. This is a terrific production. The cast is awesome--without exception. It moves so fast, hits so many emotions and is so darn funny. Hey, my doorbell is ringing....

15 years later and this show is still hilarious. I saw this for the first time when it was new and it's so brilliantly written that I was still snort laughing.

  • The “gift”

by BJJ on 9/18/24Cadillac Palace - ChicagoRating: 5 out of 5

The tickets were a gift from my son. We loved the production. The music and singers were fantastic. The writing was brilliant. I didn’t expect to leave with a personal spiritual gift but I did!!

  • Play was great, venue was meh

by Ang on 9/18/24Cadillac Palace - ChicagoRating: 5 out of 5

Play was great!! Loved every minute. Venue needs more leg room. Seats were roomy but I’m 5’7 and felt like my knees were pressed against the wall the entire time

  • Awesome

Second time for this play and did not getting amazed by the production, acting crew, and the songs. Deep philosophical implications hard to digest but fantastically presented as edgy and funny. My comments would go towards the location. They need more vendors and bars. There was a point we wanted to give up getting a drink and snacks, and we barely made it... but not the people behind us.

  • Awesome

This was a fantastic play. I did not expect it to be so funny and would have never anticipated an African link, Uganda, to be a focal point. Would go again.

There are not enough words for the brilliance of this musical, from the skill of the performers to the score to the script to the scenery. Every aspect was *magnificent*, and it gets better every time. We attended in a group with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd time audience members and EVERYONE was blown away. Thank you to the creators, cast, crew, and staff at the Cadillac Palace Theater in Chicago. Beautiful work!

Absolutely hilarious I haven’t laughed like that during a performance in years. I may even say the best performance ever. Also the Cadillac Theatre in Chicago is beautiful, amazing architecture. Lots of leg room for us over 6’ tall
