ALOK Tickets

I saw Alok on Hannah Gadsby’s Gender Agenda. Although they were, in my opinion, not the funniest of the group, I bought tickets so that my granddaughter and I could have a night out together. Alok exceeded my expectations! They were over the top funny, on brand politically and told their story in a seriously comedic way. I highly recommend seeing Alok live on stage if you get the chance.

ALOK was everything we hoped they would be and more. My teenager, who is also transgender non-binary, and I follow them on Instagram and are constantly amazed by their beautiful content. We learn so much from ALOK, and truly lived sharing space with them. Thank you thank you!

It was everything. Laughter, tears, just joy and connection in the best form.

Always so eloquent, Alok’s show is somewhere in between spoken word and comedy. I laughed throughout, but at times I also cried. My cishet boyfriend walked away saying he’d learned a lot about the Trans community, but I also felt like he learned more about me and my experiences as a pansexual person, in a way that wasn’t coming across when I spoke about my most significant past relationships. Alok definitely has a gift. Plus being in that space felt like visiting home, as much of the audience was queer. That being said, I got these tickets from my friend who is cishet and had seen the show in another city and loved it, so all are welcome… just remember to bring an open mind and heart! 🩷 🤍 🩵 💛 🩷

Venue was cool. Alok style of storytelling and comedy keeps the audience on their toes. Alok doesn't hold back from the uncomfortable comments or feelings. Its what their fans come for and I loved it!

ALOK is an amazing, thought-provoking artist who wears their heart on their sleeve. Thank you for bringing this amazing talent to Cincinnati! Worth the drive from Columbus. I’d come back again and again!!

Alok’s brilliance and depth are out of this world. I truly enjoyed their witty comebacks about sensitive subjects. I also felt deeply moved by their grief and the pain I tailed in living your truth, in a world that’s afraid of authenticity. I feel so lucky for being able to be there.

This was an incredible evening. Alok is a tremendous talent and their opener, Marieme, was fabulous as well. I also really enjoyed the DJ who led the Get To Your Seat Rave and the Aftershow musicfest.

Alok is such a beautiful soul. Their stories, spoken word, jokes, everything…so amazing! They helped me be able to laugh when it seems everything in the world is hopeless and broken. Love their sense of humor, style, and sass. What a great show and hope to see more of them!
