ALADDIN, one of Broadway's most extravagant spectacles, is on tour in a production that’s dazzling audiences across North America. Like the hit musical comedy that opened at Broadway's New Amsterdam Theatre in 2014 — and broke 14 New Amsterdam box-office records — ALADDIN’s touring production has been a runaway smash. Since launching its second national tour in October 2022, the touring production has perfectly embodied the Broadway show’s eye-popping illusions, glittering-gold costumes and stargazing rendition of “A Whole New World.” With music by Academy Award-winner Alan Menken, lyrics by Howard Ashman and Tim Rice, and costuming by Tony Award-winner Gregg Barnes, ALADDIN is “Exactly What You Wish For!” (NBC-TV).

The venue is great and seating works well for viewing. Unfortunately Aladdin was not the quality of production I was expecting, nor was Frozen. I have hopes that future shows will be more sophisticated and interesting.
Excellent show, I would definitely go again. A must see for ages.
Loved the production of Aladdin at Chrysler Hall in Norfolk. The colorful costumes, sets, and the singing and dancing were awesome. How they did the Magic Carpet Ride was amazing. The star of the show, however, is the Genie, played by Marcus Martin. He tells the best jokes and his voice and dance moves are amazing. When he is on stage the production truly comes alive. Highly recommend this show for people of all ages.
The play was Good! We thoroughly enjoyed it The Tigers face on the backdrop, Amazing. The Magic Carpet Wonderful. But the Genie! BRAVO SIR!!!! I thought he totally embodied the spirit Mr. Robin Williams' Genie. Thank you for a Great Performance and good time, to all the actors and Actresses.
Awesome family experience! Genie absolutely slayed it.
Great play. Superb production with awesome acting, singing and dancing. The Genie was unbelievable, possibly the best performance I’ve ever seen.
Absolutely loved this show! The ringing and dancing was great. Everyone did an amazing job and Genie was fabulous!
Very entertaining! My 6 year old and I both loved it. Nostalgic for me, exciting for her! I lie that they stuck to most of the original songs + new ones, as well as sticking to the storyline (for the most part). Abu and Rajaa are missing, so my 90s kid heart was bummed, but I get it. Music was great. Genie was AMAZING! Theatrics were awesome! Set and costume were awesome!
The performance was Top notch!! I just wish the Chrysler didn’t have us packed like sardines
This was an amazing performance! The cast was wonderful and the scenery was breathtaking. I would see this again in a heartbeat!
I can't imagine the Broadway show was much better. This production was great vocally, with costumes and especially the scenery and special effects. A really wonderful experience!
Listen, after robin williams and then will smith being the genie, if this show didn’t live up to those two I would have been truly disappointed!! The genie in this show was cast more perfectly than I could have imagined!!! It was such a wonderful rendition and it was so nice to sing along to the songs we all know and love!! Plus a few we didn’t know were fun! I would go again!!
We fully enjoyed the show. The Genie was remarkable. The friends of Aladdin were top shelf. Jaffar and the parrot were well cast. We thought Aladdin was good but could have been stronger. It was visually exciting. The dance/fight sequences were all a little wanting. Not as professional as we would expect.
Really awesome visuals. They did an amazing job bringing animation to life.
This was one of the best shows I have seen, thanks to the Genie. It would be a good show but the Genie made it Amazing. Friend like me is absolutely the best part of the show. It had me hooked. I wanted to see more of the genie. The costumes and the cast were great. I really enjoyed the show but the energy from the Genie took things to another tier
Me and my daughter absolutely loved it. best one ive seen. and im glad it was the first broadway my daughter experienced.
Everything was great except for Aladdin, he seemed a little tired.
Wonderful!!! This was so fun. The adult humor took it to the next level. The only downside....people brought young children that could not appreciate it. I want to go again!!!
What a fun fun evening. The entire cast was incredible. So glad we went.
