Brett Goldstein--a breakthrough British creative force on and offscreen -- has emerged as one of Hollywood's most sought-after multihyphenates. He is the co-executive producer, writer, and star of the Peabody-winning Apple TV+ series, "Ted Lasso." Hailed by fans and critics alike, season three made waves after surpassing its previous record-breaking haul, once again leading as this year's most-nominated comedy series with 21 Emmy nominations. His scene-stealing performance as the brash yet lovable Roy Kent has earned him numerous accolades including two Primetime Emmy Awards for 'Best Supporting Actor in a Comedy,' making him the category's first back-to-back winner in almost 15 years.  He additionally received a 2022 WGA Award nomination as part of the show's writing team, having scored two wins the year prior. Goldstein is the creator and executive producer of the cathartic comedy "Shrinking" alongside Jason Segel and Bill Lawrence, which has been renewed for a second season by Apple TV+. This follows the success of his critically acclaimed AMC limited anthology series, "Soulmates," which he created and executive produced with Will Bridges.     Very funny night

    With a funny mix of USA vs UK observations, men vs women commentary, and general life tips, Brett Goldstein delivered a solid night of laughter as one of the many acts in Netflix is a Joke festival. I wasn’t sure he could shed his Ted Lasso character but he stood on his own two feet and hit it out of the park! 👏👏👏

    Laugh out loud funny

    Absolutely hilarious. I wasn’t sure what to expect because I totally typed casted Brett as his character Roy Kent. Yes that was unfair but I did it anyway and I gotta tell you though you could hear a little Roy in some of the stand up it was all Brett and his set is funny from beginning to end. Brett has an ease about himself on stage even when he uses his inside voice out loud it’s funny to hear what he is thinking. His impressions are also very funny. Topics are general and nothing that is going to have people clutching their pearls. I had a blast and loved the box seats inside that old and majestic Orpheum theater. Thank you for an awesome show.

    Sooo funny

    I had no clue what to expect. Every joke and story hit. He’s smart, funny. So engaging and knew how to read the room. This show was a great time for everyone there. Even the opener g act Mo Wolf (?) was fantastic. This is a must see if you like stand up.

    Genuinely Funny

    Bought tickets as we were big fans of his character in Ted Lasso. Was pleasantly surprised to see his comedy outside of his Roy Kent role. Great content and a great laugh.
