The show was about a 6/10 in my opinion. Funny Marco made the entire show (for me). Bobbie was very dry (more than usual) and it was very apparent that Funny Marco had to improvise to try and keep the show flowing. I would love for funny Marco to come back alone or with others who can hold their weight and engage with him more.
I really love Marco and Bobbi online but they need to work on their live performance skills. The show started super late and cell phones were sealed. If you take phones, start on time. I was expecting a comedy show… that’s not what this is. The show is overly reliant on playing music, a mini audience dating game, and FaceTiming D list celebs. Felt more like summer camp games than a paid show. These two are so funny on TikTok. Bobbi is great at interviewing. They are both phenomenal podcasters. They should do an interview style show or even a live pod recording — to really shine. I brought my mom for Mother’s Day (again, expecting it to be more like a comedy show) and was sorely disappointed. The venue is also not right for them as performers (and the large space did not fill). Would suggest smaller comedy venues or a place where a live pod can be recorded.
The set up was terrible. I we were in a booth but felt way too far from the show. I could have kept my phone because they did NOTHING special! I love both of them but the could have saved that for the podcast. The “dating show” and FaceTiming friends was DEFINITELY NOT ENOUGH!!!
We had to leave this was so bad. They started with a DJ who was just playing songs from his laptop where there were lots of gaps between songs...sometimes as much as 5 minutes. An hour later Funny Marco and Bobbi came on stage and it just became a free for all of audience being on stage and just really horrible overall.
The show was not what I expected. I am not sure if it was suppose to turn out this way or not. I would not waste my evening going if you are looking for an actually podcast show.
It was a nice night out so I was not disappointed. Dallas was their first stop so I know they would have to do a few shows before they find what works for them. I loved how they kept the crowd engaged from beginning to end though. I will have to say that Funny Marco carried the whole show!!! Bobbi was a bit too awkward and introverted for me. Would definitely go see him again.
Felt like there wasn’t an agenda . Mostly just getting the crowd to go on stage . Would have loved to hear from Bobbi more! It was their first show so I’m sure they will work out some kinks.
Decent show overall, funny of course, until I wasn't and I was bored. I feel like they were running out of things to do with the time they had planned. And there was just a lot of people on stage from supporting comedians to the dj to audience members, it was a lot going on. But overall it wasn't too bad and I was glad I went!
I attended the show in Dallas! It was very nice! Funny Marco and Bobbi are hilarious!
