The Maine Mariners game is a good family fun event. The view of the game is good from every seat in the Cross Insurance Arena. The sound system is terrible in the arena, everything is muffled and I couldn’t understand what was being announced most of the time. Also, be careful where you park. I parked in a parking lot near the arena and it ended up costing me $34.50.
It was our first time going up to see The Maine Mariners. Loved the atmosphere the crowd was into it. The score was Mariners 7 to Thunder 0. One of the players a hat trick three goals scored. The vendors were polite as well. Went home happy 😃 and we would do it again. The city also made us warm with open arms. Thank you Maine and Portland for your hospitality. See you for the next game. These games are awesome for the price. Great seats, close to the action, good hockey, and the crowds are always big. Outside of alcohol concessions are reasonable.
The people behind us did not control their children. They constantly kicked our chairs and rested their feet on the back of our chairs. Ruined what would have been a pleasant experience.
Went smoothly. Great game. Would use Ticketmaster again.

Overall, a well run event. They could have opened the doors a little earlier, Venue was clean, including the rest rooms, with plenty of security. Event and concessions staff were courteous and helpful. Well worth the $30.00 for a ticket.
The Main Mariners put on a good show. As with all minor league sports the play itself can be uneven and sometimes not that great, but the show is fabulous. There is a lot of audience participation. The action on the ice is fast paced and exciting no matter the outcome
