SCORPIONS IN CONCERT:
German band Scorpions has been electrifying audiences since the early '70s with their signature hard-rocking melodic metal and power ballads. With the 2010 release of their 17th studio album Sting in the Tail, the band proved that age had far but mellowed them, kicking off another high-energy tour that has fans eagerly awaiting the chance to see them in 2014.

BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Scorpions are one of the most successful European bands in music history, having sold over 100 million albums worldwide. Formed in 1969, their early hard rock albums gained attention in Europe and Japan, but it wasn’t until they dropped more radio-friendly albums like 1982's Blackout and 1984's Love At First Sting that they found international fame. Over the years the band has developed a reputation for being an outstanding live act, with Klaus Meine delivering some of the most pitch-perfect live vocals in the history of rock.
Have wanted to see the Scorpions since the 80's, but never had the opportunity. We made the trip to Vegas to see their residency and we were not disappointed! Even my wife, who isn't as big a rock fan as I am, really enjoyed the show. From their sound to the light show, everything was a hit. Kudos to all the band members for giving it their all!

Seeing The Scorpions again in Las Vegas was awesome!! The Barkkt Theater was an excellent venue and the show was amazing!! Planet Hollywood did an excellent job, everything was great, the crowd was an older group, so everyone was friendly and in good spirits, and of course, The Scorpions always put on an awesome show! Loved it!! Hopefully I'll get to see them again next year.
Our first date was to a Scorpions concert YEARS ago, so it was fitting we would celebrate our wedding anniversary at a Scorpions concert. These guys did not disappoint!! The Bakkt Theater in Planet Hollywood, Las Vegas, is beautiful. We had awesome seats! Ugly Kid Joe was the opening act. We had never seen them but really enjoyed their set. The Scorpions hit the stage and the crowd went NUTS! They were so good!! I know Klaus Meine has had some health issues recently, but his performance was incredible. They sounded just as good--if not better--as they did back in the 90s. See them if you get the chance!
It was an absolute memorable night for sure. The Scorpions put on an amazing finale to their Vegas residency at Bakkt Theater! Blessed to be in the front row at the stage and hear all the timeless classics from the band that gives everything to their fans!! Can’t wait till 2025 for 60th Anniversary tour.
Absolutely amazing watching these guys move and sound just like in the 80s. Had a slight expectation that at 75 years old the voice would be different, I was wrong! They put on a great and memorable show❤️
Scorpions rocked as they have for over 40 years. Klaus recently had surgery and you could tell he was struggling a little moving but his voice was spot on as it always is live. The rest of the band was superb. My wife always says they are vampires. They just do not age. And the energy on stage hits you straight between the eyes. Here’s to another 40.
