    I learned a lot!

by Mindy on 5/1/24Wells Hall at The Parker - Ft Lauderdale

I am fascinated with serial killers, and I learned a lot about what factors attribute to serial killing, as well as specific information about certain serial killers. The presentation was interesting, entertaining, and very informative. I just wish it was longer than 90 minutes.

    Serial killers

by Mike on 5/1/24Wells Hall at The Parker - Ft Lauderdale

Great speaker, great material, just needed more of it, perhaps a bit less of audience questions. Delving into cause/effect was fascinating. And the entire presentation should have been longer excluding intermission.

I really enjoyed this event. Dr Toles is very knowledgeable and a great speaker. It was over 2 hours long but I could have spent hours more listening to her. So interesting.

    BLEW. MY. MIND.

    by phantomwing on 4/30/24

Was expecting a night that reiterated the old theories from people like Robert Hare, Hervey Cleckley, Ressler etc but this was definitely a refreshing new take on the psychology of serial killers. TRULY a deep dive into their minds-- going all the way back to the VERY beginning! And examined the "why"on every level. She was engaging to watch, captivating, compassionate, brilliant... and even somehow brought some comic relief to the grim subject. Q&A was perfection, I could have spent a few more HOURS listening to this woman. A MUST SEE

    Fascinating Insights

by Joe F on 4/26/24The Walker Theatre - Chattanooga

My daughter had asked me to go with her and I had no idea what to expect. It was an incredibly fascinating and engaging presentation that provided insights into the minds of some of history’s most notorious killers. Equally noteworthy is the theory presented that awareness of the warning signs and intervention could well prevent an individual from developing into a serial killer.
