Show was great. Highly entertaining. Host was charming and funny, fully engaging audience members.
The show was fun and had some good parts to it but for the most part it was kind of boring. There wasnt much for each person to do that wasn't picked for the show. We wouldn't go again and wouldnt recommend it to our friends
My mom and I have gone to all Tpir and the new wheel of fortune live shows. And love it. I know crowd wasn’t large and it was first time you come back and Calgary will fill that show same as the tpir shows. Can’t wait to see you in 2025
It's a bit of a cash grab. They make it sound great but the door prizes are dollarstore items and there is no big prizes to win. It isn't played like the TV show at all
Very entertaining. The only thing to make it better would have been to be selected to play or win a prize.
Unlike "Wheel of Fortune"the television show, "Wheel of Fortune"Live! was far from any fortune. "Wheel of Pocket Change"would be more accurate unfortunately. I, like hundreds of others bought the VIP tickets, seated center stage, third row however it felt distant and hard to see so that "live action"feel of the show was lost due to how it was set up on stage. It did have great hosts and you did get a lot of laughs with the comedy dialogue but this is a game show with a Chance to be one of the seven chosen contestants to win up to $5000 or great prizes right? Well the reality is one person, the champion to play the bonus final round had that opportunity but if spinning the bonus wheel and it stopping on that one of many other lower amounts was hard enough, answering the phrase given coincidentally didn't have any of the let's say common letters and vowels normally that was seen in the phrases in the previous rounds was a slim as winning the lottery. And the consolation prize $200 and for winning one of the two rounds $200 and for the non-winning contestants... A fabulous Wheel of Fortune umbrella, the same umbrella a few lucky members of the audience received while some other members of the audience received Wheel of Fortune men's necktie, or a Wheel of Fortune coaster set. All in all after the show ended walking out talking amongst other people we all came to the same conclusion the real winners were Wheel of Fortune live! for receiving tens of thousands of $$$ in ticket sales and in return they were able to give away a few of their leftover marketing promo items that none of the employees wanted pretty disappointing say the least... and a total of $1000 divided out to 4 "lucky"people. I bet that was painful for them to do. So if you wanted to go but missed the show all you missed was a big disappointment so consider yourself a lucky one!
Spent extra to have VIP TICKETS to increase the odds of random selection to participate. But found out when we got there that EVERYONE has the potential option. That was frustrating! It was difficult to find information ahead of time.
I flip back and forth on whether to give WOF Live 3 or 4 stars. I'd say 3.5 would be the proper rating. The hosts were excellent and the entire show was professional and entertaining. I wished it was more like the actual WOF on TV though, where contestants win money from the wheel, instead of points at the Live version. I thought they were very stingy on the cash. Even though they said contestants were selected at random, I think most, if not all of the contestants, were selected from the front section.
We had a GREAT TIME, but thought the audience prizes could have been a little better.😊
I had a great time! I only wish more prizes could have been given out. But “Thank You! For a really fun day!!!
