Disney On Ice presents Frozen & Encanto transports families into the realms of two of Disney’s most popular films. Watch as Anna, Elsa, and Olaf tell the extraordinary story of sisterhood in Frozen (Act One) before Mirabel, Isabela, Luisa, and Bruno take center stage in Encanto (Act Two). The entire show features high-flying acrobatics and stunning special effects. Hosted by Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse, Frozen & Encanto showcases world-class ice skaters and elaborate costuming that brings two of Disney’s most beloved stories to life.

The Elsa and Mirabel Character Experience is an immersive preshow music and dancing event where families can participate in games, storytelling, crafting and photo opportunities with Elsa and Mirabel.

Disney On Ice events are casual and family-oriented. Guests may dress as their favorite character but not pose for pictures or sign autographs for other guests. Costumes and costume masks may not be worn by guests 14 years and up.

    Wonderful time had by all ! So worth the price of tickets, popcorn, cotton candy and stuffed animals….. all that before we sat down ! The magic on their faces priceless !! Disney does it right.

    Experience was amazing but when we go the tickets we were not told on the seating chart that the computer system was set up directly in our area of view. For the price we paid for the tickets it should have been listed . We would have picked different seats. Show was incredible though

    Entertaining

    The show was very enjoyable, transitions were smooth and the skating was impressive. Frozen was a hit especially with the Sven(tandem skaters) and automated sleigh. My only knock on encanto was that sound volume and clarity could have been a little better, they were muffled at times. Visuals were excellent.

    First Act was very well done. Showed off skatersskillful mi es. Second half Encanto was very scaled down

    Once again a fabulous show. I would only complain that the snacks/toys, extras were a little more reasonable in price. Popcorn/cotton candy and slushies were 120$ for 3 children. But Disney always puts on a fabulous show!

    Love it! Always love the show's they do. They do a remarkable job each year! Now that im pregnant with a girl i can keep coming for years ! Thank you for always making the show enjoyable!

    An amazing show. Amazing staff at event. Bubble guns were 40 a piece. After spending $80, kids had to go half show without bubbles, only allowed to buy more $40 guns. Snow Cones ridiculous $16 or more. Overall great experience just not something you can do all the time. Bring your own bubble guns and stick to real food, you'll have a great time!

    We all loved this show, Aged 5-50. The music , skating and scenery was top notch. We especially loved seeing the bonus princesses at the end. Wonderfully done, as always.
