Pickup at box office located at the Koury Natatorium next to the Dean Smith Center beginning 1 1/2 hours prior to event time. Please bring picture I.D.,the actual credit card used in purchasing the tickets,and confirmation number.

During events,traffic around the Center may be restricted. During wekday events,Skipper Bowles Drive will be closed to through traffic starting at 6pm. Onsite parking may be limited,especially during events (during basketball games,all lots around the Center are reserved). Parking Fees: $5 per car,$10 per limo/small RVs,$20 for buses/large RVs,$25 for charters (there is an additional fee for charters and buses;call the Center for arrangements). Handicapped parking is available on a first come,first served basis in the lot across the street from the Center. Cart transportation is available from the lot to the Center before events,and after events once the lots are vacated. For *select* events,Tar Heel Express shuttles run beginning 1.5 hours prior to the start of the event. One-way fare is $2,round trip is $3. (Return trips begin immediately after the event and continue for one hour).
