About

The unassuming Randy Rogers Band has experienced significant success since its small-town Texas days just a few years back. Rogers, who helms the namesake Red Dirt act, grew up playing music before joining forces with friends and releasing their first effort in 2002. In the years since, the band skyrocketed from performing local concerts outside Austin, TX, to tackling tours with legendary acts like Willie Nelson and the Eagles, as well as country stars such as Dierks Bentley, Miranda Lambert and Gary Allan.  Randy Rogers Band enjoyed massive ticket and album sales in a single year while still an industry newbie following their major-label debut, “Just a Matter of Time.” That 2006 collection and the three subsequent releases have all landed in the Top 10 of Billboard’s Top Country Albums chart. The country outfit’s 2013 set, “Trouble,” surfaced in April, just one month after the band opened for King of Country George Strait at the Houston Rodeo.

    We had a wonderful time at uptown theater watching Randy Rodger’s band. I’ve already booked the next concert with uptown theater. Seating was great and it was a lot easier to access than T-Mobile

    Randy Rogers at 713 Music Hall in Dowtown Houston. A little traffic as normal but easy to find parking at any parking garage. We parked at Alley Theater and walked less than 10 minutes to get inside. Once inside, plenty of room and bars on every side that are not too busy. The floor area is similar to ACL in Austin, TX. Seating all around the floor area. The sound was pretty good and you can hear the band well even while everyone was singing along. I would definitely go to another concert at 713 Music Hall.

    I took my wife to see RR for her Bday and she was surprised. The venue was great. However there was no dance floor. Overall we had a fantastic time and made great memories

    Randy put on a magnificent show at the Choctaw Grande Theater. The show was exciting and everyone was up and dancing. Including me. He was genuinely grateful that we were there, treated the crowd with respect, and sang each song from the heart. Amazing showmanship. What a band!

    I thought the concert was good as always, and the Soundsystem was superb. Disappointed in the bar service getting ready for the concert. It was hard to find a waiter or waitress to serve you at the time. We will be back because we love the venue and I understand sometimes it’s hard to manage the staff, but overall, I would give it a high score

    We've been to several RRB concerts. By far this was our best experience. Great music, Great fans. All in all fantastic!!
