Anees is an independent artist from the Washington D.C. area. His music is a genre-bending treat of ear candy melodies, sublime rhyme-scheming and crooning lyricism. His authentic fusion of Pop and Hip-Hop with an R&B tone often draws comparison to artists such as Mac Miller, Jon Bellion, and Chance the Rapper.

Anees writes from the soul, for the soul. He believes passionately that music is meant to help others heal. That is the driving spirit in all of his songs.

His first hit single, "Slip", is an upbeat and summery love song that picked up avid support from many major artists, including a co-sign from Justin Bieber, which led to national press coverage. This past April, Anees released his hit song "Sun and Moon" which took over the internet during summer 2022, becoming the number 1 song on the Billboard Philippines charts. Anees performed "Sun and Moon" on Jimmy Kimmel Live in June and the song has since surpassed 100 million streams.

His single "Leave me", a collaboration with Scooter Braun and SB projects garnered over 300 million views between Tiktok and Instagram. The song amassed 20 million streams across platforms and was supported by Justin Bieber, Chris Brown, and Kim Kardashian.

Anees has featured on 100+ Spotify & Apple music editorial playlists including "New Music Friday", "Pop Rising", and "Good Vibes". His music has surpassed 200 million streams across platforms. With over 5 million followers on social media, anees has built an avid community of supporters who champion his music passionately. He attributes much of his success to his loyal fans. Anees will be dropping his debut album "Summer Camp" spring of 2023 which will include his many viral Tiktok hit singles "Sun and Moon", "Leave Me", "Free Me", "Thrive" and more. Anees will be on a nationwide tour late May to early July, performing his hit songs with a full band, spreading his good vibes and positive energy.

    Anees and his fam are amazing. I’ve never been to a show where the audience became family. It was definitely like that. I came by myself and two friends ended up adopting me and another woman who came by her self. We watched out for each other and held our standing space. Anees spouts positivity. He’s a force and I can’t wait to see more from him. ❤️🙌🏻

    The performances were AMAZING! Anees, Michael and the whole crew were AWESOME! The atmosphere was INCREDIBLE! I can honestly say it was the best concert I’ve ever been to!

    The opener Mr minelli was so fun got the crowd energized. Anees was such an amazing performance and he was so kind. One of the videographers is local to the area so they had a ton of interaction with the crowd. Having indie artists on a world tour is so impressive and these guys have earned it. They are so passionate and it shows in their performances

    Let me tell you something.. Anees is my favorite artist. I know all the lyrics to 90% of his songs. And this concert was a VIBE! The energy levels were through the roof! I'm so glad I went. I got to meet anees after and meet the band and I won't forget that night for a very very long time. 100/10

    The opening act was super engaging and fun. Anees's performance was great, the song transitions were wonderful you didn't even realize they were happening. He's a super motivational speaker too, it was really touching. The venue had seating as well which was great! Got a signed sweater too!

    Not only is his music lyrically creative and touching, Anees knows how to get a crowd going (his opener, Michael Minnelli is AMAZING too)! His energy on stage is unmatched and vibrates through the crowd. On top of that, you can literally feel the connection Anees has with his fans as he comes off stage and sings with the crowd! Surpassed my expectations by far!
