Blindside-d

I got there in the middle of "Listener" one of the 'bands' that played. I did not enjoy them at all. It was more like poetry reading than music. They didn't seem to use most of the instruments on stage. The band "Write this Down" was the best band by far for the night. They had too much bass but you could still make out what they were singing most of the time.. Blindside I was very disappointed with. Along with too much bass (couldn't decipher most the the songs) they played way too many unknown songs before they played any popular ones. (Better off listening to the CD) I was ready to leave halfway though the set. Plus they had a super annoying flash photographer that seemed to go off every few seconds, blinding people. Apparently they haven't heard of of high ISO digital photography. The venue is pretty small (probably didn't help the acoustics), not a lot of seating in the Underground. They serve alcohol also. The bathrooms are pretty gross. I prefer the Auditorium for concerts, it is slightly nicer with better vantage points to see the performers.
