  • BNP Paribas Showdown was great

by rmahtani on 3/6/13Madison Square Garden - New YorkRating: 4 out of 5

This event is fun. The stars come out and the atmosphere is exciting but casual. It's interesting to watch tennis like this. The stars, being more relaxed, bring out some tricks and fun. They even interact with the crowd a bit.

This was a great, light-hearted demonstration of skills between incredibly talented colleagues. There were jokes, laughter, celebrity cameos, but great tennis above all. They were scored, but who cared with the players playing up to the crowd.

  • Serena/ Nadal

by TjMartins on 3/6/13Madison Square Garden - New YorkRating: 5 out of 5

My wife loves tennis and loves Serena Williams and Nadal, so this seemed like the perfect event for her. This event was a homerun! The light hearted, and fun approach to the game was a nice change from their sometimes over competitive side. Special guests LMFAO and Ben Stiller were the iciing to an already perfect cake. Thanks for making my wife's birthday unforgettable.

  • A night at the museum

To see the players put their skills and talents on exhibition for us is unforgettable. Although they were being payed for their time, events such as this one allows us to see the players outside of the ultra competitive mode they are normally in. We were able to see a more humorous, relaxed side. It was evedent their approach was "I'm here to have fun, put on a show and not win".
