Caesars Event Center at Caesars Southern Indiana’s Box Office Hours of Operation: We will open at 5PM on show days and close 1 hour after the event starts. The Box Office is located at the Promotions counter next to the venue. Tickets can also be purchased at the Ticketmaster Kiosk located in the pavilion by the box office.

Will Call can be picked up at 4PM on the day of show at the Box Office. Customers must present the actual credit card, a picture ID and the confirmation number.

Our facilities are 100% ADA compliant. Caesars Event Center has accessible seating on floor seats and in the balcony. It is important to indicate when buying tickets if you require wheelchair accessible seating. For more information or to purchase wheelchair accessible seating, please call 812-969-6800. Service Animals are allowed but they must have their working papers with them. Please call 812-969-6800 to set this up in advance. Elevators: There elevators to access both levels of the Caesars Event Center. Parking: All of Caesars Southern Indiana's parking garages have accessible parking. Entrance: The entrances are ADA compliant.

The Caesars Event Center at Caesars Southern Indiana is a 21 years old and older facility and is located inside the casino. Caesars Southern Indiana is only 20 minutes from downtown Louisville. Photo ID's are required to enter the facilities. Cameras and recording devices are never allowed at concerts unless otherwise notified. Outside food or beverages of any kind are not permitted inside the venue. Guests wearing obscene or indecent clothing are not allowed in the Caesars Event Center. Guests using foul or abusive language or gestures will be escorted out from the venue. Laser pens and pointers are not permitted. Policies subject to change depending on the nature of the event.
