I asked for a house Tequila you only had Patron… 2 cocktails and a beer $105 !! Ridiculous … then the first beer was poured in a clear Solo Cup. The next beer was poured in a bigger silver colored UBS Arena cup… What is going on? All bartenders need to use same size cup. It happened with the cocktail too. Even if it just my PERCEPTION… its a bad look.
First time ever having access to Dime Club and I loved it. Enjoyable experience , comfortable environmentl,, better food options and best of all not overcrowded. I will be doing Dime Club again for sure
The Dime Club was nice when once you got there. They advertised it as a place you could come early to relax and have a drink and get something to eat. When in fact they sent us all around the building because NO ONE (employees)knew where to go when shown our tickets. And there was no early entry, you had to wait with everyone else because the doors didn't open until 7:00 p.m. And for this they charge extra! Won't be back...
The extra cost is not worth it for the Dime Club. Upon entry, I was directed to the main line to enter the venue. Having food and the bar in one place is good but I wasn’t impressed. I could have gotten better seats but I went for the Dime club experience.
This section is so convenient especially for bathroom use and drinks. Quick run to these stops so you don’t miss out on too much from your event Will book again for the “DIME CLUB”
We were to the UBS arena on Friday night to see Jeff Dunham. I paid for our entrance into the Dime Club. It was ok. We had the chicken fingers and fries for dinner, which were good. It was an ok experience, nothing to write home about.
First time visiting the UBS arena. Seats were amazing. Love that you don't have to go halfway around the arena for food and restrooms. They were just a few feet from seating area. Dime club recommended.
Very convenient , easy access to bathroom and concession stands .
Excellent show. Chicken wings were more like hot wings vs. Jerk chicken.
the ambiance at the Cafe was great the service was excellent I see myself going and visiting that cafe /lounge on my next visit to USB Barbara
