  • The volume was too high, hard to hear the lyrics

by Wilma on 4/15/25Heritage Bank Center - CincinnatiRating: 4 out of 5

Overall it was an enjoyable experience, always find Disney presentations to be top of line in entertainment and content. I would have liked to see a story about Tinker Bell as she is my favorite of the Disney princesses.

  • Too short

by Disappointed on 4/14/25Heritage Bank Center - CincinnatiRating: 3 out of 5

I really expected it to be longer than an hour. I also thought there would be more interaction with the audience. We spent $700.00 on the tickets and parking. That’s not including what we spent on souvenirs and drinks. I think the show should be longer than it is.

  • Pricey but fun

by Jack Skelington on 4/13/25Heritage Bank Center - CincinnatiRating: 5 out of 5

Kids had fun wish popcorn and other refreshments were decently pricedb

  • Amazing, my granddaughter enjoyed it!!!

by Jenn on 4/12/25KFC Yum! Center - LouisvilleRating: 5 out of 5

Once we parked, which was the biggest catastrophe, even purchasing prepaid parking. Our tickets wouldn’t let us in so then we had to go wait in line at the box office, they moved our seats, which were two rows below, but we missed 30 minutes of the show. What we did see of the show was great that’s why I gave it a five stars because the performers had nothing to do with all of the parking and other excess events that happened!!! We even traveled from Middletown, Ohio to Louisville, Kentucky to see this. If I ever have to see an event there again, I will be making other arrangements for transportation!!! Also parking is cheaper paying there, do not prepay!!!!

  • Awesome show

Our family had a fantastic time at our first trip to Disney on Ice! The look on my girls' faces when they saw their favorite characters was priceless!

  • Nice but seemed a little rushed .

by Dana B. on 4/6/25KFC Yum! Center - LouisvilleRating: 4 out of 5

I have been to Disney on ice several times over the years and it's always nice , this year it was nice but all the story lines seemed rushed to me , like they tried to get too many characters in and you only got a tiny peek at some of them . Not bad but could have been better

  • Great. but too EXPENSIVE

by Nana G on 4/2/25UNO Lakefront Arena - New OrleansRating: 4 out of 5

I brought my two grandchildren along with my daughter in law. The show was extremely fascinating. The prices were EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE though.

  • Disappointed

by Becky on 4/2/25UNO Lakefront Arena - New OrleansRating: 2 out of 5

I take my kids almost every year since my oldest was 1 to see Disney on ice .. This year I was very disappointed… The food was horrible and chips for nachos were very stale and the ice for the snow cone was to hard my kids they couldn’t even enjoy.. Y'all need to consider a better ice maker for the snowcones…. This year the show was not as entertaining.. It was no audience interaction at all.. This was my last year going.. I will not be wasting my money again…

  • Best disney on ice we've seen

by JB on 4/2/25UNO Lakefront Arena - New OrleansRating: 5 out of 5

We've gone to Disney on ice for the past 6 years, some times in multiple cities and toys was the best show yet! We sat in the front row and it was definitely worth it!

  • Not what expected

by Papa on 4/1/25UNO Lakefront Arena - New OrleansRating: 3 out of 5

For what we paid for 5 tickets I thought the performance would be a little longer. Overall it was just over an hour and 15 minutes performance not counting the intermission which was to get you to buy expensive keepsakes for the kids.

  • Beautiful

by Diva on 4/1/25UNO Lakefront Arena - New OrleansRating: 5 out of 5

I love Disney on ice I try to go every year. I enjoy it more than the kids.

  • Good Show

by Ana on 4/1/25UNO Lakefront Arena - New OrleansRating: 4 out of 5

The show was good (we prefer the shows that are specific to a certain story like frozen) the performances were excellent, but the venue was small. The merchandise was overpriced, but that’s to be expected I suppose. The food was not good and also overpriced. The women’s bathroom line was ridiculous due to several stalls being out of order.

  • Excellent

by Mimzy on 4/1/25UNO Lakefront Arena - New OrleansRating: 5 out of 5

Great experience with my family. My Grandkids were dancing in the isle !!

  • Updated and Rejuvenated

by DSV on 3/31/25UNO Lakefront Arena - New OrleansRating: 5 out of 5

The show has gotten some upgrades with state of the art visual effects & acrobatic routines which made my time much more enjoyable. The girls loved it just as much as well.

  • Phenomenal!

by Keyy on 3/31/25UNO Lakefront Arena - New OrleansRating: 5 out of 5

My experience was definitely unforgettable. My family and I smiled & laughed the entire time. The performers did an amazing job keeping us entertained and anxious for more. If I had to rate it, the scale would be broken. This was definitely an experience to remember.
