The Elsa and Mirabel Character Experience is an immersive preshow music and dancing event where families can participate in games, storytelling, crafting and photo opportunities with Elsa and Mirabel.

Disney On Ice is intended for a general audience. All guests ages two and up are required to have a ticket. Children under two are admitted for free provided they sit on a parent or guardian’s lap. Some arenas may require all guests, regardless of age, to have a ticket.

Disney On Ice events are casual and family-oriented. Shoes and shirts must be worn at all times. Guests may dress as their favorite character but not pose for pictures or sign autographs for other guests. Costumes and costume masks may not be worn by guests 14 years and up.

Lots of talented performers. The show was very entertaining. I liked that there is a break in the middle especially with children in attendance. It’s definitely something the whole family can enjoy. I loved singing along to my favorite Disney tunes.
We have attended Disney on Ice for the past several years. It’s a new show and they brought back the princesses. The new segments for Moana and Encamto were done very well.
Amazing show, we had a great time.. very entertaining & my 5 year old loved every minute of it!
We were waiting to see Moanas Maui best catchy song You welcome! For example and Frozen favorite Let it go! But didn't happened . For the main part a good kids show on Ice.
This is our 2nd Disney on Ice show and it was AMAZING! Kept my 2 year olds attention way better because there were so many elements! This show literally had everything it and was very tailored to girls and boys.
Too crowded. People coming in late interrupting the show and guests. People putting their feet up on my seat hitting my head a few times. Couldn't enjoy the show. The price wasn't worth all the distractions
It was a great show, we had a blast, but the accessories for us to buy the kids WOW $42.00 for a Bubble Machine, $20 for an Olaf Cup, $18 for Popcorn. Way to Excessive. Not even at the park is that expensive. Getting out to the parking lot it was a nightmare! but the show was a Good. 5 Start for the show 0 for the rest
Wonderful show; the children all around us absolutely loved it.
Always a wonderful time. Definitely get there at least an hour early to enjoy the venue. The merch is a bit pricey but good quality comes with a warranty.
My 6 year old daughter loved seeing all the Disney characters on ice! The songs and the show kept her entertained and excited. Our only complaint would be all the flashing light up sticks that they sold to all the people around us. They were waving the sticks above our heads, next to us, and in front of us which was very distracting. My daughter said that she couldn't see well "because of all the flashing lights". We did enjoy the show but, it was probably our first and last time going!
The among the stars show was amazing with many characters. This event was great for all ages from the kids all the way to the adults. I would definitely recommend and go again.

At amway, we sat section 109, row 7, seats 1-4 and seat 4 was BROKEN. If sat back, you'd be in the lap of the person behind you. We have video of it. His back has been hurting for the 3 days since.

When these tickets were originally bought, they were listed as Disney on Ice: Frozen & Encanto. So, that’s what I was SUPER thrilled to see. I dressed up all cute and Disney bounded and everything. So when I got there and realized that the show, though having a couple encanto and frozen 2 songs, was the same old Disney on ice show, I was disappointed to say the least. They shouldn’t have called it Frozen & Encanto and then changed it without any notification. It was enjoyable, great for kids, but cheesy. And I thought they were going to bash a girls head in the ice.
