Good show, horrible venue.

The show was good, it was really entertaining and so fun, but the venue just wasn’t up to the standards and made the experience not so good.
We were so excited to see Anastasia, Drizella, Lady Tremaine, & the Fairy Godmother. They’re our favorite characters and seem forgotten. Another great surprise was seeing Tiana wearing her blue dress and Lottie! Just having those characters made the whole event so special.
The floor seats were close, but it’s harder for little ones to see if they have adults in front of them on just chairs. Better to get in the stadium seats, in one of the first rows. Great, fantastic show!
Great show with so many beloved characters. My granddaughters loved it!! There was never a time that didn’t draw everyone’s attention.
The experience was amazing! My only issue was the seating. You pay for VIP to be up close to the show, but the chairs are cramped and really uncomfortable. That’s definitely something they should work on.
My husband and I took our granddaughter that is 8 years old to the show! We all thoroughly enjoyed it! The performers were great, their costumes were beautiful and the stories were interesting. There were times when I thought the music was a little bit too loud but other than that it was fantastic! We didn’t care for the pricing on the toys and snacks, at the venue, they were a bit expensive. When we left our granddaughter what to know if we could go to another show like that!
7 and 4 yr old girls got dressed up in princess dresses sang along to all the shows. They were amazed by all the ice skaters tricks in the ice and then flying thru the air I was amazed at how they were able to make all the scenes come alive and be as if we was watching it on tv it was very good cnt wait to apart of it again
Our showtime was 3pm 50 minutes from home. It took us over 2 hours to get there due to traffic, which has nothing to do with the show but frustrating, nonetheless. But when we get within sight of Heritage Bank, everything is already all about baseball, for a game that didn’t start until several hours later. Parking garages were parking pass only, parking lots were full, traffic was directed out of the city instead of directed where to go for our event. Heritage Bank didn’t offer us an option to buy the parking passes that were needed so we ended up parked a couple streets over in a random lot and walked into the show 30 minutes late. My children (7 girl & 4 boy) LOVED this show. I took my daughter a few years ago for Frozen and Encanto on ice and she loved it but this was even better. I would 100% buy tickets to Disney on Ice again. My son’s face when Lightening McQueen came out on the ice made the whole stressful day worth it. However, I will check in the future that nothing else is happening on the day of my show in the area of the show because the venue does not care about you after you buy the tickets. I got probably 5 emails from Heritage Bank leading up to the day of the event and the only garage they recommended (East Garage) was unavailable to me. Fail. I don’t know if I would go back to Heritage Bank at all for anything after that debacle. But we love Disney.
My family of 7 attended the Disney On Ice magic in the stars along with the pre show experience added. The tickets for the pre show it’s self were $70 each person every child and every adult had to pay the $70 along with each of our show tickets which were only $30 each. The experience pre show was definitely not worth the money. They gave each child a coloring sheet with broken crayons. We were able to get pictures with Elsa and Maribel however in the description of the pre show it stated we would get to see Mikey and Moana and get our pictures with them however when I asked when they would be in to do pictures I was told they would not be attending due to needing to get their skates on for the show. I wouldn’t have paid for us all to go had I known Mikey was not going to be there. And the experience pre show isn’t even an hour long. Thankfully there was only two other families attending so we had time to get pictures with the princesses. The actual show was amazing. It was so magical. I couldn’t complain about anything it was so perfect. This will definitely be something we continue to attend.
Took my 5 year old to this show and she had an absolute blast. She was singing along the whole time and even got to participate in the show towards the end. It's something she's been talking about ever since and will have memories of forever.
