I was late to discover their music, but better late than never. The show was amazing. The lyrical content was exactly what I needed in this moment of mumble rap. They are a true DJ and rapper duo. This is what the game is missing.
It was the shitnitz. I had a ball. The sound board is really a nice place. First time there
Dope Experience as usual! What else can I say! They performed every hit and even a couple of B- side bangers. Saw them earlier in the year and vowed to go see them again and again if they ever came back. Had to be in attendance!!!
Real dope.. The god still sounds the same way he did while I was in N.Y.C. Didn’t miss a beat. I’m going to see that show every time he comes to town. No matter how much the tkts are..
Rakim incredible, as always. Sound boy could've done better with the levels... unless the sound system, itself, could've been crisper.
I haven’t been to a concert/show in ages and I am so glad that I picked the legendary Eric and Rakim to make my way back for. Old-school hip-hip is the best and Eric B and Rakim are 2 of the best to ever do it. The way they dropped hit after hit after hit, made me fall in love with the genre all over again. That DJ PZB was fire dropping, classics on the 1’s and 2’s, and she even gave us one of her originals. I can’t wait to check out her project when it comes out. And shout out to those kids from Delaware, Cypher Clique, for putting on an opening act worthy of Eric B and the R. How Cypher Clique isn’t on a major label is puzzling because they definitely can deliver. I guess Straight Outta Delaware doesn’t have the same fire as Straight Outta Compton but these kids should get a shot because they ready. The Queen is a very nice venue and the acoustics were bangin’. I will check out that balcony next time, because we were so pressed in on the floor that, at times, it was distracting to have all those dudes, and ladies, bumping it up against me. The parking was nice and, due to the location of the lot, it took us less than 5 minutes to get from our car to the venue. I do wish the lot was open passed midnight, because that way we could have stayed around and took in the atmosphere. Once again, loved, loved, loved the show. Peace...
Took alittle long between sets. Have to keep the energy going. To many people on stage while entainers performing didnt look to good. But enjoyed the old school rap and funk master Flex!!!
Great show .. Good Energy with the Crowd and Performancs ... Few hick-up with sound but Overall show was good.. location was easy to get too and parking was great .. lots and lots street parking save $ on that.
You need better promotion for the concert. They need to be on time. Too much time not utilize between each act.
