Father Mike is a wonderful inspiration for our Catholic faith. Regardless of whether you are Catholic, his message now, particularly as people turn secular, is important and life changing.
This tour was unforgettable and was such a wonderful experience!!! Staff were very nice and helpful with parking and finding seats when entering the coliseum.

I wasn't sure that Father Mike would be live like he is on the podcast. He was and more! His message is clear, his insights are amazing. He is personable, relatable, and so so spiritual. His explication of the parables showed me interpretations that I had never considered...especially the parable of the brides and the bridegroom. His stories are so memorable. And he is so funny! I would highly recommend his talks to anyone seeking better understanding of the Bible.
This was an incredible event! As someone who has listened to Fr. Mike's multiple podcasts for years, this was even better to see and hear him in person. It was beautiful to see a sold out crowd of families, friends and people of all ages.
Did not know what to expect but had done Bible in a Year and Catechism in a year and really liked both. I could listen to Fr Mike for HOURS! He was so inspirational and so funny. I learned so much about the parables I have known since childhood but never looked at them the way Fr Mike presented. It was eye opening. He is a diamond in disguise and will no doubt do so much for the Catholic Church. Wish we could clone him!
I have been following Fr. Mike Schmitz for about three years now, initially with YouTube and now with Ascension. It has completely transformed my life; it reinitiated my faith, returned me to mother Church and restored me as a beloved daughter of GOD. Along the way, with the grace of God in his infinite mercy, I have uncovered and discovered the wealth of God's word through other evangelization leaders but it all began with Fr. Mike and I am forever grateful. Life is challenging and my heart had been hardened. I had allowed the vices of the world to cloud and dictate my ethics, judgement, morals, principales, and values. I was very skeptical of Fr. Mike, was he truly a man of the cloth & faith? Or a created social media influencer, the face of a campaign? My prejudices and my pride did not allow me to fully belief yet. Fr. Mike eventually won me over when I saw one of his live talks to a group of seminarians on YouTube. He showed genuine humility, ardent love, and raw vulnerability while telling a story. I realized in that moment that he was the real thing, a man of God. After 22 years of being a Catholic in name only, I was ready to be a practicing Catholic once again and took a leap in of faith. Fast forward, I saw a pop up ad on YouTube announcing the Parables Tour with Father Mike Schmitz, it was late in the evening but I looked it up because I did not want to wait until morning and risk it selling out. I quickly scanned the list of cities, I should have chosen San Diego seeing that I am from Southern California but it did not feel quite right. I have family in South Carolina, so I made an impulse decision and purchased a ticket for Charleston, SC. I made the trip cross country, solely to experience a talk given by Fr. Mike Schmitz and it was truly worth it! The Holy Spirit has graced me with its presence and I have received so many blessings on this trip from the very start/ beginning. God works in mysterious ways, in that our human minds can not fully comprehend the grandeur of God's infinite plan of love for us. The event was worth every single cent and it truly will be life changing, if you welcome the Holy Spirit in, if you truly listen to Jesus' words through the parables and if you place unconditional trust in God the Father. Father Mike Schmitz is an evangelical messenger, a willing vessel, and a shining example/ living testimony of God's love of mankind. All of this just to say, go buy your tickets, you will not regret it.
My sister and I drove up from Florida to hear Fr. Mike speak. We met up with our other sister who drove in from Anderson SC. All 3 of us follow Fr. Mike on the Hallow and/or Ascension App. I recently completed the Bible in a year and loved it! When we heard Fr. Mike was going to be in SC on the Parables Tour, it was an easy decision to buy the tickets and make the trip! I am so glad we did! He has such a great way of teaching about Jesus. It keeps your attention, and the messages seem to "stick"It was an opportunity we were so thrilled to have and would do it again if he ever decides to tour again. The venue was just the right size to have a good size crowd but still keep it intimate. I would highly recommend the Fr. Mike Schmitz Parables Tour to everyone.
Father Mike Schmitz has a real talent to speak to people with humor and charm. His non-dogmatic and self deprecating approach inspires people to listen. It was a fun session which broke four parables down to make them relatable and inspiring. Thank you Father Mike - Great job!!
My wife and I and my sister and her husband had a great experience. We have listened to him when Covid hit and continue to watch him and listen to him on YouTube and other streaming platforms.He is such an energetic speaker.Great time was had by all of us!👍🏼
