Goth Babe is Griff Washburn enjoying himself. Originally from Tennessee, Griff currently lives and writes music on a 36ft off-grid sailboat named Lola. He is currently exploring the west coast of Mexico on Lola with his dog Sadie, after sailing down from California last December. When not on the road touring or on his boat, Griff and Sadie are off enjoying the outdoors in a truck camper. They explore the west coast of the United States fly fishing, surfing, snowboarding, and of course writing music along the way. His mission through this project has been to raise money for environmental non-profits like Protect Our Winters, Project Zero, or Conservations Lands Foundation. By attending Griff's shows, listening to his music, or buying his merch, you're helping Mother Earth and all its beautiful places. He hopes to also create a safe space for listeners to follow their aspirations and be genuine to themselves.
Griff just released his debut album Lola (Jan 26, 2024): "I would love if these songs allowed people, even just for a second, to escape the weight and heaviness of the world."
Loooove seeing Gothbabe. I’ve seen him 3x times now and it’s always a good time.
One of the best shows I’ve been to! He really interacts with the audience and makes it fun, the atmosphere in the crowd was great. It was one of those “I love humans” concerts that just make you feel happy when you drive home. I’d see him more than once if you can! Plus he’s just a cool guy outside of the music and I feel good about supporting him.
watching goth babe’s performance on pier17’s rooftop in nyc (and in the front row) felt unreal. the music, the amazing vibes, all of it, made it one of the most memorable concerts i’ve ever been to!! 100/10 will go again 🫶🏻
i honestly loved listening to goth babe for a while on spotify— i thought his music was really good and different. then i saw him live, and i don’t want to be mean, but his voice is just bad. you can tell his voice is so auto-tuned when he uploads to spotify. we ended up leaving the concert early. all the music just sounded really bad. tbh, it ruined goth babe altogether for me. i don’t listen to him at all anymore.
i loved how intimate and grateful griff was throughout the duration of the event. Glad he was the first concert I ever got to attend!
Nothing beats having cupcakes rained down on you while a giant watermelon floats overhead at 2 mph. Amazing show and I’m counting down the days until the next tour!
I’ve been to two Goth Babe shows. He does not disappoint. Saw him in Boston in the spring then again in San Diego on 24th and it was the most fun show I’ve been to. He really knows how to get the crowd engaged and it’s not like any other shows I’ve been to. The music is amazing, the energy is infectious, you won’t want to leave cause it’s just a blast. If you’re ever on the fence and reading reviews to see if you should go, just do it cause you’ll have a great time, I know it.
Had a dashing experience seeing Goth Babe perform for the first time! It was such a fun, lively show, with a few surprises thrown in. Played my favorite song (discovered Goth Babe after hearing Moments/Tides a few years ago) as an opener, and it was all coastin from there. Much love to the musicians for making it such an incredibly good time.
Hands down one of the best shows I have ever seen! Goth babe made it a party
Without a doubt, a Goth Babe was the best concert I’ve ever attended. The crowd engagement was off the charts. Amazing, I loved how Griff intentionally includes the audience. Out of all the way, she engage the audience, I think my favorite things was crowdsurfing a cardboard cut out of Bob Ross. I will be going to every goth babe show I can possibly attend.
