The Box Office is open Wednesday to Friday 10am to 4pm. Saturdays 12pm to 8pm. The Box Office will also open at 12pm on all show days.

The Box Office will accept Mastercard, American Express, Visa, Discover, & Hard Rock Unity Points; they do not accept cash.

Will call can only be picked up on the day of the event after 12pm. Tickets held for will call must be picked up with a proper ID.

All wheelchair accessible areas are located in Sections 101, 102 and 103.

MUST BE 21+ TO ATTEND. A valid photo ID is required for entry. Please visit our website for acceptable forms of identification. All ticket purchases are final and may be subject to cancellation without refund. Hard Rock Live is located within Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol. All tickets grant entry into venue. Hard Rock Live is a smoke-free venue. Smoking, including vapes, is prohibited. For a complete list of venues rules, please visit our website. The Box Office is located in the northwest corner of the casino floor. Not valid for persons enrolled in the Virginia Voluntary Exclusion Program or persons otherwise excluded from Hard Rock Casino.
