The box office will only be open on event days only. The box office will close no earlier than 30 minutes after the start of the show. Tickets purchased at our box office are subject to a service charge.
American Express, Visa, MasterCard & Discover cards. Credit cards will only be accepted from the account holder & picture ID is required. No cash or checks are accepted.
Mobile ticket delivery is the primary delivery method of tickets at the Hartford HealthCare Amphitheater. Any tickets that are left for an individual can only be picked-up on the day of the event. Customers must present a photo I.D. & an order confirmation number if provided. NOTE: The Box Office will not release tickets to anyone other than the name given at the time the order was placed. The box office does not take in any tickets from patrons to be left at will call. Please plan accordingly.
General parking is included in the price of your ticket & is located in the Transit Garage at Harbor Yard on South Frontage Road. Premier parking is located in the surfaces lots between Lafayette St & Broad St and VIP parking is located in the lot adjacent to the venue off of Broad St. Both Premier & VIP parking are available for an additional charge and can be purchased in advance at all points of sale or on the day of the show at the entrance of the lots based on availability. Parking for the disabled is located in all lots based on availability and is available to patrons who possess a handicapped parking hang tag or license plate with proper ID to match.
The venue and all facilities are fully ADA accessible. ADA seating areas are available at all points of purchase. Look for the accessible logo on the Find Tickets page on ticketmaster.com to view all available accessible seats. We have very limited seating available for guests on the day of the event so please make sure you purchase accessible seating when you order tickets. If you have had an injury or illness that prevents you from using the original seat you purchased, we strongly recommend going through Ticketmaster to exchange all tickets for accessible. We cannot guarantee any accessible seating relocation availabilities on the day of the show. Elevator access is available at the venue to gain access to the 300 level & suite level.
Hartford HealthCare Amphitheater is a smoke free facility. No re-entry, patrons are not permitted to re-enter the venue during an event once they have left. There is no dress code however shirts and shoes are required. Camera Policy: Personal cameras are allowed in the venue. Flash photography, video and removable lens cameras are not permitted without venue approval. No laser pointers, weapons, illegal substances, animals, inflatable items, noise makers, large bags or outside food / beverage are permitted into the facility.
Unless otherwise specified, all children 24 months and older must have a ticket, be accompanied by an adult and must occupy his/her own seat. Discounted tickets for children may be available for events. Age restrictions and availability of discounted tickets are determined by the event. Please note that certain shows may have their own policies for children's admission.
