About

Hippie Sabotage is an electronic music duo comprised of brothers Kevin and Jeff Saurer. They began their journey as bedroom producers in middle school, inspired by the music featured in their favorite skateboarding videos. Over the years, they have developed a genre-blending sound that fuses electronic music with hip-hop and psych-rock influences.

The duo first gained international recognition with their remix of Tove Lo's "Habits (Stay High)," which has amassed over 1 billion views on YouTube and 1.6 billion streams on Spotify since its release. Their tracks "Devil Eyes," "Life Happens," and "Options" have further contributed to their success, helping them secure over 13 billion streams worldwide.

Following the release of their 2023 album Trailblazer, they collaborated with A.G. Club and Izzy Bizu and executive produced the album Sleep Paralysis for TDE's Kembe X. In the summer of 2024, they surprised fans with No Judgement, a mixtape inspired by their love for Hawaii.

Known for their high-energy live performances, Hippie Sabotage embarked on a massive 46-date North American tour in early 2024, culminating in a sold-out show at the iconic Red Rocks Amphitheatre. Looking ahead to 2025, the brothers are preparing to release a new album and will embark on a summer tour alongside Two Feet.

Hippie Sabatoge was amazing live. The visuals and lighting were top notch. The crowd was very chill but hyped for the bands a great bunch of people to enjoy the show with. Ive been listening to them since about 2006 this was the first time i went to see them in concert and let me tell you they are even better live Hippie Sabatoge played on stage for about 2hrs maby a little longer and they rocked the place.

This show had so much energy and good vibes and BASS. This was my first time seeing them, it wasn't quite what I was expecting....IT WAS EVEN BETTER! 10/10 <3 Would definitely see them again.

  • Disappointing

by rodeogal on 5/6/24Mercury Ballroom - LouisvilleRating: 2 out of 5

I jam out to Hippie Sabotage every day for the last year but after seeing them in concert, I will not plan on seeing them in concert again. The two opening artists, Daisy Guttridge & Kembe X, were awful as well. All 3 bands didn’t sing, everything is pre recorded. Jeff and his songs are great, Kevin is not. I am very disappointed in this whole concert, I’ll still jam out to Jeff’s songs like Trust Nobody.

  • Absolutely astonishing and powerful

A true immersion into bass and musical visuals with performers who enter the crowd physically and spiritually

We had a great time. I was able to bring my mom and my little sister and it was a whole party for sure. Not really age appropriate but I’ve seen worse lol. Great music and great vibes for sure.

  • Outstanding show

by Lindsey on 4/26/24Harrisburg Midtown Arts Center (HMAC) Capitol Room - HarrisburgRating: 5 out of 5

This band really cares about atmosphere. The stage set up, lighting, imagery and overall production of the show was phenomenal. The bass was on point and the tempo of songs (super important to me!) were fantastic for dancing and really feeling the music. I have always told my friend how much we’re missing out on live shows that are easy to dance to and make you feel something. Hippie Sabotage did just that and we both wished we could see them more often. Really great show, would see them again when they come close to town.

  • Maybe not my style

by Nick on 4/21/24MTELUS - MontrealRating: 1 out of 5

I did not like it. In am in my 40s and maybe not the right audience for this band. I was brought here my colleagues and was curious to hear it, but the same simple melody repeated during all the song with a background of samples, always the same as well - like a sort of mantra - just bored me. Sorry :( probably just not my style. The younger audience present there seemed to dig it though!

They were definitely lip syncing, and the audio at the venue sucked. Cool visuals, though.
