The Box Office is located on the 2nd floor of the casino and is open 1pm-9pm on show days only. Walk-up purchases can be made at Essentials Gift Shop located on the 1st Floor 9am-9pm daily. Phone orders can only be processed through Ticketmaster.

The box office accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. No checks are accepted.

All tickets purchased through Ticketmaster for “Will call” pickup can be picked up at the box office on the day of the show only after 3:00pm.
