About

Sold-out global concert tours. Ratings-shattering broadcast specials. A best-selling author. A star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. And a few Guinness Book of World Records set for good measure. Ventriloquist Jeff Dunham is a comedy superstar and one of the world's most inventive entertainers. After graduating from Baylor University, he moved to Los Angeles to base his global touring and never looked back. The man Slate called "America's favorite comedian" has 11 record-breaking comedy specials to his credit - three were Comedy Central's most viewed specials of their respective years ("Me the People," 2022; "Minding the Monsters," 2012; "Controlled Chaos," 2011), and his "Jeff Dunham's Very Special Christmas Special," 2008, remains the network's highest rated program of all time. His NBC primetime special, "Unhinged," ranked as the time period's top non-sports program on the Big 4, rebroadcast six weeks later on Comedy Central to become its top rated special of 2016. His most recent special "Me the People" arrived as the highest rated stand-up special since "Jeff Dunham: The Unrehearsed Pandemic Special" two years ago, and the most watched comedy special of 2022.

His autobiography, All By My Selves: Walter, Peanut, Achmed and Me, landed Dunham on the New York Times' Best Seller list three weeks in a row. He was also named Billboard's Top Comedy Tour for three consecutive years. The versatile entertainer created an animated film for CMT, hosted the Food Network's Halloween Baking Championship, guested on ABC's "Ellen," NBC's "30 Rock," Disney's "Sonny with a Chance," did commercials for Hertz, and appeared in Jay Roach's Dinner for Schmucks, featuring Steve Carrell and Paul Rudd. Dunham, "a dressed-down, more digestible version of Don Rickles with multiple personality disorder" according to TIME, can currently be seen on his Jeff Dunham: Artificial Intelligence tour. • Great Night Out!

by GingerJokes19 on 4/22/25Alliant Energy PowerHouse - Cedar RapidsRating: 4 out of 5

I attended Jeff's concert with my brothers, sister-in-law, and my dad for his 65th birthday. We all had a great time! I have been out of the loop with Jeff's latest bits so this was my first experience with his newer character, Larry. It was absolutely hilarious to me! I liked that even though it involved politics, the jokes weren't overly political. All the classic characters were just as funny as ever. Would definitely see him again if he comes back to town!

  • Too Much Hawking

by Matt on 4/22/25Rating: 2 out of 5

Saw him up at Penn State last year, and the amount of time he spent trying to sell product, including his wife’s cookie mixes, was unbelievable. It really ruined the experience. It’s a shame, because now I can’t watch his specials on TV without remembering that…

I have seen Jeff Dunham multiple times. He always keeps his shows fresh with new material. He also encourages audience participation. You walk away with a smile on your face.

I could not stop wiping the tears from my eyes as we watched this show. Jeff was hilarious from start to end. The ad libbing just makes the show that much funnier. This is the second time watching him in person and cant wait to see him again.

  • Made my husband laugh

by Evilwoman on 4/16/25Peoria Civic Center - PeoriaRating: 5 out of 5

My husband was sure he would not find a grown man with a puppet show funny. However he loves me, so he drove us 3.5 hours from southeast Indiana. He was cracking up all throughout the show and a week later he is still talking about Jose Jalapeño on a Steek.

  • Our faces hurt from laughing so much!

We are older and had to walk 2 blocks to arena, walked up a thousand steps to get to 1st balcony. Walked down steps to get to seats in sec 110, row c. Very crowded. Very warm. No leg room. Both my husband and I have bad knees. Very uncomfortable! Jeff n pals were great! Glad the tickets were a gift.
