Born in the Philippines and raised in California, JR De Guzman began performing comedy while working as a music teacher, which he quickly learned just meant teaching Taylor Swift songs to teenagers. Had an awesome time listening to this comedic talent....cute and funny, the laughs continued throughout the night. His jokes were fresh and relatable that connected the audience to singing about the male appendage hilarious and not at all awkward. His musical improvisations are brilliant. After seeing clips of JR’s comedy in Tic Toc, I knew I had to see him in person. He didn’t disappoint. His ability to improvise with the audience, sing a funny tune, get the audience to participate in his edgy songs and just be so totally adorable is a rare combination. I laughed out loud a lot and enjoyed the whole experience while he was on stage.
I wish we sat closer. Moore is stadium seating but not good enough if you sit on the balcony section. You still have to look over one's head.
JR De Guzman keeps getting better and better each time we see him! Saw him at the Neptune and had to take my wife this time around. My wife said this is the time of evening that is great for the soul and can't believe I missed him the last time. We are telling our friends to go see him now and get ready for his Netflix special. :D
Funny but too much "d*cks" JR and Julie were pretty good. I support and kudos to Asian comedians. Keep up the great work guys!

A evening of delightfulness and humor. I had previously been to the venue before for a concert. How ever this was my first comedy show. It was great comedian and great show.
