Monday – Saturday 9am to 5pm On event days the box office will open at 12:00pm and close one half hour after the start of the event.

Will call can be picked up at the box office. Patrons will need the credit card they used to purchase tickets and photo identification.

GENERAL LOTS are located at Kansas Star Casino and adjacent to the Kansas Star Arena. Parking is free of charge. Valet parking is available.

Accessible seating can be purchased on ticketmaster.com, at the venue box office, or use Ticketmaster charge by phone at 1-800-745-3000.

For safety reasons, the following items are PROHIBITED within Kansas Star: • Weapons of any type, including pocket knives. • Tobacco products of any type. • Fireworks or flares. • Flammable liquids. • Illegal drugs. • Laser pens and pointers. • Plastic, metal or glass cups, thermos bottles, and cans or containers of any kind, with the exception of baby bottles. • Food and beverage other than that served by the official concessionaire. • Coolers • Dead or live animals, with the exception of service dogs. • Balloons, beach balls, and Frisbees. • Any other item deemed to be inappropriate or dangerous by Kansas Star Arena. The following items are ALLOWED into Kansas Star: • Insulin and other diabetic or medical supplies. • Diaper bags, subject to search. • Breast pump, supplies and plastic baby bottles. • Binoculars and binocular cases • Still cameras and camera cases Strollers are not allowed inside the arena. We offer stroller parking at each arena entrance. Kansas Star Arena is not responsible for damages, lost or stolen items while strollers are left at the stroller parking area.

Children two years of age or younger are permitted inside the arena without a ticket provided they sit in a ticket holder’s lap, and so long as the child does not obstruct the view of other nearby patrons.
