First time going to a Fest like this. Was exciting energetic Interactive. Nini music was awesome to see live. First time also seen the other bands they did great. Can't wait again
Honestly, I was standing for about seven hours, but the concert was incredible. The sound was crystal clear, the people were very kind, and the security staff earned all my admiration and respect. If you ever get the chance to go to this place, don’t miss it! Seriously, the security guy impressed me with how kind and humane he was, especially with the people who jumped over the barrier onto others' hands. He even looked after my beer from a journalist and placed it under the barrier. Incredible!
Excellent place, excellent people and a very good experience
Great venue, good value for 4 bands, parking nearby too expensive the only issue
Folk Metals Finest bands in the world.,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
The mix of traditional instruments and themes with metal is hard hitting, driving, and energizing! Nini, Trollfest, and Ensiferum opened for them. The whole show was amazing and seeing them at a club like Brighton was the best experience.
My experience was awesome. I have never been that close to a stage at any concert before. I have to apologize because I didn't stick around for the other bands to play. I was only their to see NiNi. I got to see NiNi in person and hear her songs live was awesome for me to experience because I'm a huge fan of hers. When I finally went upstairs and got to meet her face to face it was an experience i will never forget. I actually got to talk to NiNi and tell her that I love her music and got my picture taken with her it was a dream come true for me. Ticketmaster I'm sorry but I didn't stick around to see the other bands perform so I have no comment on them.
Korpiklaani, and co-headliners Ensiferum both put on an incredible show. Though support act Trollfest stole the show with their flamingo dancing and conga line going through the crowd. Both co-headliners could (and have) headline this venue alone, so why a tour with both of them was at a ~500 capacity venue is a head-scratcher. Of course it sold out quickly. Doors were supposed to open at 5:30 with show starting at 6:00. The line wasn't let into the building until 6:15 and by the time I got inside the first band, NiNi, was already playing. Not sure what the issue was but this was not ideal
Was unfamiliar with the opening acts and was mentally prepared to suffer until the headliner. Pleasantly surprised to see true talent and thoroughly felt I got my money's worth before the headliner even set foot on stage. Bar was well stocked. Only gripe is they could've stocked more shirts for sale. Nothing close to my size was left. If I'd known beforehand the show would be this good, I'd chase them to another close town to repeat the experience.
