My granddaughter had a lot of questions at the beginning and during the first act (example: if they like each other, are they going to kiss?!?). She soon found herself rooted to her seat watching the singing and dancing! But when it began to actually “snow” on us, she could not contain herself!! Neither could I!! The show was simply fantastic!
The Lexington Theatre Company production of Irving Berlin's White Christmas was beautiful. The cast, set, singing, dancing, orchestra, and choreography were fabulous. Everything the Lexington Theatre Company does is top notch and professional. We are so blessed to have them in our community. Thank you Lyndy and Jeromy for choosing Lexington to be your home.

Musicals make life better, I 100% agree, especially this one! My first experience with a show performed by the Lex and it did not disappoint. The singing, acting, and production value were amazing. However, I think my favorite part was the choreography. Kudos to the cast and crew on an amazing show, cannot wait to see more shows from The Lex!
We went to see "White Christmas"and was in awe of the talent, of both the actors and the orchestra. We would recommend the shows at The Lexington Theatre Company. We haven't seen a bad performance yet and look forward to upcoming shows.
I was Totally astounded by the venue, & the talented actors, dancers and singers! It kicked off the Christmas season with great joy. My sister and I came with my 95 year old mother and we had a fabulous afternoon. Thank you! You should offer this play every Christmas!!!!!
We went with our daughter and granddaughters. Bing Crosby is one of a kind and so is Rosemary Clooney (she was a Kentucky girl after all). That said, I enjoyed the live performance more than I've ever enjoyed the movie. Once again, The Lex did a great job casting and producing a show that could be enjoyed by all. Our 8-year-old practically stood up in her seat so she could see all of the action. The Orchestra made up of local talent was flawless. Everything worked together perfectly. Coach Cal talks about the chemistry among this year's Wildcats. That same chemistry could be seen and felt among the mix of professional and local talent for "team Lex."
This is the first thing I’ve see from the Lexington Theatre Company, and I definitely plan to keep up with their schedule! It was a really professional production, the actor playing Phil Davis had some real powerful charisma and dominated the stage, and the orchestra was absolutely fantastic. Will definitely see them do Fiddler next year, and I look forward to seeing some of their more-contemporary productions.
Kudos to the entire ensemble of singers, dancers, orchestra and staff of Lexington Opera House for a superb production of the the musical, White Christmas. The tap dance ensemble numbers were first rate and they spared no expense bringing in talent from Broadway. Truly got me in the holiday spirit with beautiful singing, fine acting, and the great songs I love from the movie. I hope they will mount this production again!
