Lucy Dacus Tickets

I wanna start off by saying that the show, including both of the openers and Lucy herself, was great and the performances were very good. My issue stems exclusively from the fact that the headliner did not come on until 9:30. If she had come on even half an hour earlier, it would’ve been a 5-star review. There was a tremendous amount of time between opening acts, and I feel like there didn’t need to be. By the time Lucy ended her set, I was falling asleep, not because of the quality of the music, but because it was very late.

Lucy Dacus is amazing live! The Anthem was a beautiful venue! Excellent instructional emails directing GA vs seated fans where to go. THE BALCONY SEATS WERE PERFECTION! Everything about the entire night was fantastic!

Lucy was fab. she was beautiful and sensible and awesome. The house was full of young ladies screaming along to the songs - and we all had a fabulous night!!

Lucy is uniquely talented and her voice sounded good. That part of the sound mix was good. The rest of the instruments were a little muddled. The lights were ok but the band was not visible most of the time. I like to see musicians playing their instruments and it was difficult. Lucy in a spotlight with the players in the dark wasn’t necessary since Lucy was the star front and center. The pictures behind the show were interesting and beautiful. I expect a show to go a minimum of 90 minutes and this didn’t make it there. Given what shows cost these days, I’d like to see a longer performance. I expect an artist to play numerous new cuts while touring for a new album but I feel that an artist owes the audience more older songs, too. An artist I’ve seen several times, Suzanne Vega, said at the beginning of a recent show: “I go to concerts, too, and I know you want to hear certain songs as I do. And I’m going to play those along with some from my latest work and some things you didn’t expect”. All performers should adopt that as a mantra.

Lucy never disappoints. I’m a big fan of her and her music and I’m glad that I was able to get my hands on some tickets. The acoustics at the Wiltern were great and Lucy’s vocals were better, as expected. The vibe during the concert was simply immaculate. I highly recommend the Wiltern and seeing Lucy live.

Lucy was absolutely amazing. Her voice and her presence are so powerful and beautiful. Her band crew were also incredible, there were pretty interactive and expressive with Lucy and us. You could tell how much they were enjoying their art and the show. Lucy was awesome, everyone ended up shouting her name at the end of the show for her to come back and she did!! <3

Lucy put on an absolutely amazing show. I highly recommend anyone thinking about getting tickets to do it
