NEEDTOBREATHE have spent over two decades developing a unique sound that blends elements of rock, country and Christian music. The South Carolina band was formed in 1998 by brothers Bear and Bo Rinehart. They expanded the outfit into a quartet and released a string of independent projects before debuting their first major label effort, Daylight, in 2006. NEEDTOBREATHE’s sophomore album The Heat (2007) marked the group’s first placement on the Billboard 200 and earned the group their first No. 1 on the Christian Airplay chart with the single, “Washed by the Water.” Their 2009 follow-up The Outsiders elevated the band, reaching gold certification from the RIAA, while 2011’s The Reckoning marked more crossover success after notching their first No. 1 on the Top Rock Albums chart. With 2014’s Rivers in the Wasteland, NEEDTOBREATHE broke into the Hot 100 thanks to the Gavin DeGraw collaborative song “Brother.” The single “Multiplied” led to the band’s first Grammy nomination for Best Contemporary Christian Music Performance/Song. NEEDTOBREATHE reached a career peak at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 with 2016’s Hard Love. In 2020, the group announced the departure of Bo Rinehart and have since released three studio albums as a quintet with Bear, Seth Bolt, Josh Lovelace, Randall Harris and Tyler Burkum.

It was the 5th time seeing NTB and each show is better and better. It’s a great mix of Rock and Roll and CountryRock. Bear has one of the best voices in the music world. Not sure how he does it night after night. Hope they’re back in the area soon.
I love how it wasn’t like a cattle herding experience. Bathrooms way up top isn’t the best, and broken water fountain.

The band was on Fire 🔥. We upgraded to VIP, the sound and the staff were amazing. Would love Needtobreathe to play here again! Everything about the night was fantastic!
This was by far the best concert I've ever been to. NEEDTOBREATHE and especially Bear Reinhart (lead singer) bring the most amazing energy and raw talent to the stage. I saw them at the boots n' hearts festival where they were by far the best act. But seeing them in a more intimate setting close up with the light show and crowd interaction, nothing can compare. Anytime they come to play close to Montreal again I will be the first one to buy their tickets. Amazing band, incredible talent and genuine people!
This show was amazing. It was a little loud, I was seated in the balcony but it was still quite loud. All in all the show was excellent, and I loved seeing this group!
Needtobreath always delivers an amazing performance! Seen them 4 times now all at the Burton Cummings theatre and it’s always a great time!
The Coors center was my 6th time seeing NTB and the smallest venue I’ve seen them in, but I actually loved it. Their energy was the same as in big arenas and it had an intimate feel too. During “Brother” Bear came and shook people’s hands, and I was one! All in all the band brought an amazing performance and the venue was awesome. Tall Heights amazed me too and may be a new fav.
If you haven’t seen Need to Breathe…what are you waiting for. They pour all of themselves into the performance and it translates into a great experience for the fans!
Not very often you get to see such an awesome band in such a small venue.
