Neon Union is breaking barriers in country music. The duo, made up of Miami-born Leo Brooks and North Carolinian Andrew Millsaps, produce a sound that blends traditional country lyricism with anthemic pop and hip-hop-tinged beats. Soon after signing with Jay DeMarcus’ Red Street Records, Neon Union were named Billboard’s Country Rookie of the Month in 2023. Their debut single “Bout Damn Time” — co-written by Michael Hardy (aka HARDY), Tyler Hubbard, Jordan Schmidt and Hunter Phelps — climbed the Billboard Country Airplay chart in 2022 and established the duo as rising stars. Neon Union have opened for artists like Grammy winner Pitbull and country star Scotty McCreery, and released their debut EP Double Wide Castle Sessions in July 2023.
