Tickets purchased online or over the phone will be given the option for Will Call to be picked up at the ExtraMile Arena Box Office (M-F 10am-5pm). On the day of the event, tickets not already picked up will be available at the Will Call table one (1) hour before gates open in front of the Idaho Botanical Garden Administrative Office. Photo ID of original purchaser REQUIRED. You may also choose to manage your own tickets with the e-Ticket (print-at-home or mobile) option. Suite Tables purchased through the ExtraMile Arena will be available to pick up on the day of show at the Will Call table (1) hour before gates open.

Parking is free, but limited. Parking staff will direct you to available spots. We encourage patrons to bike, car pool or use public transportation. We encourage guests to go green and ride their bikes to the event.

Concerts are presented on a grass park like setting. All guests are either seated on the grass with blankets or in low back chairs. A limited number of spaces are held in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. There will be a wheelchair accessible designated seated area on the field. Parking staff will direct concertgoers with mobility impairment disabilities to a closer parking area. Please communicate your needs with parking staff. We encourage all guests with special needs to contact ExtraMile Arena Box Office at 208-426-1766 and every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate.

All concerts are held RAIN OR SHINE. Be prepared for extremes such as heat, wind, or rain. Dress accordingly, as the temperature may drop noticeably after sunset. No umbrellas. No re-entry. Cameras with removable lenses, video cameras & recording devices are prohibited. Firearms are prohibited. Food & beverage will be available for sale. You are welcome to bring a cooler & pack your own picnic. No alcohol, knives, or glass containers may be brought inside. On-site cooking or barbecues are not allowed. Low back chairs are welcome (8" max from ground to front of seat bottom/30" max to top of chair back in highest position).
