About

The unassuming Randy Rogers Band has experienced significant success since its small-town Texas days just a few years back. Rogers, who helms the namesake Red Dirt act, grew up playing music before joining forces with friends and releasing their first effort in 2002. In the years since, the band skyrocketed from performing local concerts outside Austin, TX, to tackling tours with legendary acts like Willie Nelson and the Eagles, as well as country stars such as Dierks Bentley, Miranda Lambert and Gary Allan.  Randy Rogers Band enjoyed massive ticket and album sales in a single year while still an industry newbie following their major-label debut, “Just a Matter of Time.” That 2006 collection and the three subsequent releases have all landed in the Top 10 of Billboard’s Top Country Albums chart. The country outfit’s 2013 set, “Trouble,” surfaced in April, just one month after the band opened for King of Country George Strait at the Houston Rodeo.

  • First EVER Country Concert Experience

by Boogasuga on 9/17/24Choctaw Grand Theater - DurantRating: 5 out of 5

This evening was a bday gift to my brother. I was so happy he enjoyed himself! I had a BLAST! Can’t wait for the next one!

  • Unnecessarily Loud

by Too Much Stuff on 9/10/24Knitting Factory - Spokane - SpokaneRating: 2 out of 5

The band played very well. Randy sang with conviction. Noise levels exceeded 95 decibels. Why?

  • Great concert!

Randy Roger's Band put on a great show! The venue staff were really nice, security staff were so friendly and accomodating. Everyone made it a special night for my son's first concert!

  • Randy Rogers Band is the Bomb dot com

I have seen RRB several times and they never disappoint.

  • Always Fantastic

    by Christy78 on 2/28/24Uptown Theater - Kansas CityRating: 5 out of 5

RRB is just one of those bands that cannot put on a bad show. His opener John Hollier was an excellent pick as well. I do wish they had played Chupacabra as it is SO unique and says 'Texas' to me. Randy sang a Gary Stewart song which was spot on and heartbreaking. Love this band!

  • Love the Randy Rogers Band

by Robb on 2/28/24Uptown Theater - Kansas CityRating: 2 out of 5

To much loud music noise, couldn't understand songs. The Uptown Theater is to small for these concerts. KC Live is better.

  • Great Concert as Always

    by texascountry24 on 2/27/24Uptown Theater - Kansas CityRating: 4 out of 5

Randy Rogers is still a must see when they're in town. I'm a Texas transplant living in the Midwest, and this is the first time I've seen them outside of Texas. They were great as always, but the set list was definitely different given the audience and location. I'm giving them four starts because I was not a big fan of the opener, which was a self-admitted rock band. Randy Rogers still provides one of the best Texas Country concerts you can attend.

  • Great show

    by Jan on 6/27/23Stage 271 - GrantRating: 5 out of 5

Randy Rogers Band true country. On time delivered stellar preformance. Great interactions. Wish he would come back to OKLAHOMA/ TEXAS MORE OFTEN. LOVE THEM.

  • Amazing-just needed a dance floor!

    by Jess on 6/27/23Stage 271 - GrantRating: 5 out of 5

RRB never disappoints! Why a venue that hosts them wouldn’t have a dance floor set up is beyond me. Plus, the seating is just strange; their concerts are made for standing up. So RRB 10++; Venue 7.5.

  • Randy Roger’s band

Randy and the band was great as usual. Our first time at White Oak Hall. The sound system was not very good but the facility was very nice and I will give it another chance

  • Horrible

    by s. c. on 12/1/22McAllen Convention Center - McAllenRating: 1 out of 5

To start off we were notified at the last minute that we would be set up outside. The weather elements were horrible, windy and it was freezing. I got sick the next day...i was very disappointed!

  • Disappointed

by Capt Annonymous on 11/29/22McAllen Convention Center - McAllenRating: 3 out of 5

The band and music performances were great seating and prices too but there were few booths serving beer overwhelmed staff took over an hour to get drinks. At gate was ordered to toss cigarettes and lighter even tho it was an outdoor event made no sense and a warning should come up when buying tickets and my ticket couldn’t be scanned on apple wallet which ticket master said could be used so I had to search my email luckily I have my email on my phone. I’ve been to several concerts here in the valley and in the Austin area and this one was poorly managed by the city of McAllen :/

  • Great show, seating arrangements not so much

by AD on 11/29/22McAllen Convention Center - McAllenRating: 4 out of 5

The over all concert was great! I was just disappointed that I purchased VIP seating/table and they were not checking tickets. Anyone was allowed to sit in the VIP section.

  • Great

They were great to see, very energetic and just plain awesome can’t put it in any other words than that. A great band to see highly recommended

  • One of the best performers

by Bri on 10/13/22House of Blues San Diego - San DiegoRating: 5 out of 5

Sounded amazing and truly performed! A lot of artists just go up and sing, but they blew it out of the park. So happy I could catch them. Up close and a great time!

  • Amazing night with Randy Rogers Band at House of Blues San D

by F. F. on 10/10/22House of Blues San Diego - San DiegoRating: 5 out of 5

Great venue to watch any band but these guys were awesome! I haven't seen them in over 15 years since my days in Texas and they were better than ever. I sure hope they make San Diego an annual stop!

  • Love Texas Country in San Diego

by Clover on 10/10/22House of Blues San Diego - San DiegoRating: 5 out of 5

These Texas Country artists come to San Diego and give stellar shows! Randy Rogers band was no exception and we were so happy we made the drive to see them love again! Bring them back soon! Also, their opener Drew Cooper was amazing. We’ve already added him to our playlists. Thanks for introducing him to us!
