  • UNBELIEVEABLE,UNFORGETABLE FINAL PERFORMANCE

by AnimalLover5 on 5/24/17NYCB LIVE, Home of The Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum - UniondaleRating: 5 out of 5

The Final show of the Ringling Bros and Barnum Baily Circus was phenomenal ! I was wondering what they would do with out the Eelphants, but they surprised me. My favorite was the animals. Especially the Big Cats and the trainor was so good with them . He didn't make them do hard stuff and didnt whip them if they weren't cooperating he was just great with them and it showed . The cats were funny and very talented . The horses were fantasic and the stunts that were done were simply amazing! They did all the acrobatic stuff on high speed horses and the performers didnt get hurt and the horses didnt get hurt. It was amazing what they were able to do. The best high tech performance was the bikes inside the dome cage. It was fantastic and amazing. They had all of these high tech performances for the younger crowd, High Wire Acts, Skating Acts, Clowns, many more. The Space theme was very good as well, it was in line with the times. The high light was the dogs, donkeys pigs and lammas. The little dog jumping from the high pole stole the show! A truly wonderful experience. The best yet is the Elephants are taken care of in Florida!

  • Awesome final show

The show was as amazing as it has ever been....truly the Greatest Show on Earth. So sad that this was the last show ever. My wife and I (50 year olds) loved it as much as our 15, 13 and 10 year old son. Hope there is a way for some version of this show to continue!

  • See You Down The Road Ringling Bros & BB Circus!

by GreenWebster on 5/24/17NYCB LIVE, Home of The Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum - UniondaleRating: 5 out of 5

Absolutely the best event ever! Very sad because it was the last day of their 146 year tour, but ending on a High Note. This Circus is a part of the American Fabric; so many great memories, and talent. Only wished that my newborn grand-daughter could have seen this amazing Circus.

I really enjoyed the Riingling & Barnum & Baliey Circus. I grew up going to see the circus every yr. It's bite sweet it hurts my heart that they had to shut down. Im glad I had the chance to see them for one last time. They were the best.

  • Unforgettable Experience

by Barton127 on 5/24/17NYCB LIVE, Home of The Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum - UniondaleRating: 5 out of 5

I had not been to the circus in over 20 years. I brought 3 children with me who had never been to the circus. Their eyes were glued to the ring the whole time. It definitely is the greatest show on earth.

  • Sad to see it go..........

Took my family to the last day of the circus. We flew from Phoenix to NYC just for the occasion and I'm so glad we did! The feeling was different without all of the animals but it was still an awesome experience. HOPING Ringling Brothers will pull a "Cher" and have several more Farewell tours in the future! THANK YOU, Ringling Brother and Barnum and Bailey for a lifetime of memories for me and my family!

Did not feel like a circus. It was like a bad Broadway show

  • Happy But Sad We Got to See It For The Last Time

by JPS804526 on 5/24/17NYCB LIVE, Home of The Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum - UniondaleRating: 5 out of 5

I thought the whole show from beginning to end was spectacular. Glad I got to take my six year old. Sad that he will never get to take his kids though. The whole show was filled with great energy and entertainment! Our seats were great too where you could see everything. The entire Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey production should be proud of themselves for bringing smiles and laughter to children of all ages for so many years. The circus will surely be missed!

  • If it ain't broke don't fix it

Attending the final performance in the 146 year history of the Greatest Show on Earth made it easy to see why the demise of this American institution. The classic acts are there( minus the elephants) but terrible changes had been made! No longer does the Ringmaster open the show; there is no big opening number at the very start; an awful theme/storyline about some futuristic evil queen was the show; there was no glorious spectacle with animals and costumes at the end of the first half; gone are the three rings; ice show had been added; and the overall show was not circus at all! Times change; things change; but because the art form is becoming obsolete due to animal activists, its demise was inevitable. Trying to change it to move with the times was the biggest mistake. It was a classic art form... which had its day... for 146 years. It will be sorely missed!

  • Unforgettable

  • An era has ended

by CiCi66 on 5/24/17NYCB LIVE, Home of The Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum - UniondaleRating: 5 out of 5

It was really an unbelievable two hours. My husband and I were there to see the last show, and it was well performed and very entertaining. The acrobatics were amazing. The animals that were there seem to be well cared for and loved. It's a shame that The tent has been taken down forever.

  • Sad to Say Goodbye to Something So Wonderful

by Hireath on 5/24/17NYCB LIVE, Home of The Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum - UniondaleRating: 5 out of 5

Hard to imagine after nearly 150 years Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey has ended. Great performance and stunts were excellent. Story line was hokey and I felt a little unnecessary but talent and athleticism was second to none. Holding out hope this really isn't the end...
