Rubix Kube Tickets

Amazing, high energy show. Very fun. They do the originals right. I was introduced to them by one of their singers Devon Marie. Just all out fun and the costumes..

The band was great they covered most of the 80's iconic music and did so with flair. My only complaint would be the regulars (band fans) who all proceeded to stand throughout the entire show and some where quite loud and obnoxious. Now if you are truly from the 80's you're around the 50 mark and we have all put in our time standing throughout an entire concert many times. These days I typically like to actually sit in the seat I paid for. It was impossible at this show. Not the bands fault but definitely a detraction from the experience for many who were actually from the 80's.

Rubix Kube put on a fun and high energy performance, but the sound was pretty lousy. It almost seems as if they didn't do a sound check as the vocals were hard to hear at times as was the synthesizer. We were sitting in the 3rd row in the middle, so I'm not sure if the sound was better in the back or not, but it was kind of disappointing. Otherwise it was a fun show.

Fantastic show at the Gramercy Theater in NYC! Special guest performers were great and an added bonus. Whole family had a great time dancing and singing along with all our favorite 80's tunes!

I am a complete concert "addict", and love checking out 80s tribute bands, since 80s music is STILL my favorite music. I always loved the 80s hard rock/hair band/heavy metal genres back then, so when I heard that Steve Brown was their guitarist, I had to check them out, because I had always liked Trixter. Rubix Kube blew me away with their energy, setlist, costumes, and, of course their incredible sound! If you loved, or still love the 80s, go check out Rubix Kube, because they are a blast to go see! I haven't had fun like that since the last time I saw Steel Panther! ;-)
