Will call orders can be picked up directly at the Box Office. The original purchaser must bring their credit card and a valid form of identification in order to pick up any tickets. Will call tickets are only available for pick-up the day of the show.

The cost of parking a standard vehicle Is Included In your ticket price, so you do not need to pay when you arrive. Should the lots open prior to the advertised parking times, all standard vehicles may be subject to a $20 early entry fee and all oversize vehicles may be subject to a $50 early entry fee. Premier Parking is available for every event. The price will vary based on event. This can be purchased prior to the show via www.livenation.com or on site at the venue. Premier Parking is located on the east side near the ice arena. All oversize vehicles Including but not limited to buses, RVs and limos are subject to a $100 parking charge. ADA Parking is located on In the East Lot near the Ice arena - enter on Amphitheater Avenue. When guests are ready to enter the venue, a golf cart shuttle from the ADA Lot will bring guests to the East Gate. When the show Is over, a golf cart shuttle will pick up guests at the same location they were dropped off.

ADA tickets can be purchased online via www.livenation.com. You do not need to call the box office. Look for the accessible logo on the Find Tickets page to view all available accessible seats. We do have accessible seating in every price range but be advised, they occasionally sell out. We have very limited seating available for guests on the day of the event so please make sure you purchase accessible seating when you order tickets. If you will need an interpreter for an event please give us at least 2 weeks' notice to secure. Guests that require an interpreter will need to pick up their tickets at will call. Please call (715) 334-9080 to arrange for an interpreter for your vist. Accomodations- All venue bathrooms, concession stands, and merchandise stands are accessible.

Bag Inspections. All bags are subject to search upon entry. Guests have the right to refuse a bag search and the venue has the right to refuse entry. If you have any items that are not allowed into the venue please return them to your vehicle. Bags must be CLEAR plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12" x 6" x 12". Generally, cell phones are permitted in the venue. On occasions, comedy shows in particular, cell phones usage may not be allowed due to artist requests. Drinking Water. Guests are permitted to bring in ONE (1) factory sealed bottle of water up to one liter in size. This policy is subject to change based on artist requests or safety considerations. Clear and empty reusable bottles permitted (tinted are permitted if transparent). Coolers of any kind are not permitted in the gates. Water fountains are located near the South Gate. Items ALLOWED to be brought in to venue: • CLEAR plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12" x 6" x 12" • Small clutch bags (4.5" x 6") - these do not need to be clear. • Cameras - nonprofessional only, no detachable lenses • Food - in a clear, 1-gallon ziploc bag • Water - up to 1 liter in a factory sealed or empty bottle. • Clear and empty reusable bottles permitted (tinted are permitted if transparent). • *Subject to change show by show. Items NOT ALLOWED to be brought in to venue include, but are not limited to: • Weapons of any kind • Alcohol • Illegal drugs/substances • Glass containers • Cans • Coolers of any kind • Bags that are not clear • Laser pointers • Animals (except service animals) • Fireworks • Chairs of any kind Re-Entry. Re-Entry is not permitted at Somerset Amphitheater. Please ensure that everything you will need for the event is brought in with you. If you do leave at any point in the evening- you will not be allowed back in without a new ticket.

All events are all ages unless otherwise specified. Children 2 and under do not require a ticket but must sit on a parent's lap.
