  • Put on a good show

by QK on 11/5/24191 Toole - TucsonRating: 5 out of 5

191 Toole is a small venue making for an intimate experience, which the band provided. They put on a tight show start to finish, and closed joyfully. Friend I attended with had seen them a couple months earlier, describing them as this: “First you love them. Then you hate them. Then you LOVE them.” 100%. Hard to explain, so see Starcrawler if you can.

  • The Only Band That Matters

by KJ on 11/10/22Brighton Music Hall presented by Citizens - BostonRating: 5 out of 5

I felt kind of bad for these guys. Not a big turnout and quite a few rock geezers (like myself) looking for that fix which is getting harder and harder to find. Not many young bands are playing rock and roll and fewer still are listening to it. So when a band with the chops and swagger of Starcrawler comes around they are bound to draw out all the ancient rock vampires. I hope the band doesn't mind. It's just a sign that they have something special going on. Thanks guys for a great show. Love ya Arrow!

  • So/So experience

by Kyle on 11/4/22High Noon Saloon - MadisonRating: 3 out of 5

Starcrawler performed their songs flawlessly but they seemed like they didn’t want to be there. There were some older people in the crowd which band members joked about and that was funny the first time. The stage banter about nursing homes grew tiresome as the night progressed. The night concluded with a weak encore that had the sound guy playing guitar or something. I thought $18 tickets to see Starcrawler was cheap initially, but it was about what this particular performance was worth.

  • All the right moves

by No name or face on 10/27/21The Regent Theater - Los AngelesRating: 2 out of 5

Starcrawler has the potential to be a much bigger band save for one huge issue. Arrow could be pound for pound one of the greatest rock front women ever but, she really needs to work on that voice. The woman can give hell of a show but without either really searching for songs that work for what she has or putting in a ton of work they might never hit their full potential which would be tragic because they have swagger other bands would kill for.
