Loved the race, the environment and just everything about the whole experience. Will definitely go again if they have it again
I had an awesome time. Parking went well, Fanfest was a blast-overall tremendous experience. Only negative I have is that there wasn’t enough concessions. Very long lines and waits for food and beverages.
Stood in line to get water for 25 minutes and was sold out when we finally got there Went to another concession and waited for 40min for warm overpriced desani water. Fan zone was not able to handle the large crowds. Traffic exiting event was terrible took us 1.5 hours to get out of parking lot Bottom line is i spent alot of money on tickets just to stand in line and missed most of 250 moto 1 will not ever do this event agian. On a positive note the races were great it was the facility that sucked
Easy process, seats were great! Not good service at the event so download the tickets before you get there.
It was a once in a lifetime experience and I had the most amazing time!!!
I attend my first SuperMotocross Event and loved everything about the event came to North Carolina and met a lot of great people along with my favor riders. The process of Ticketmaster was on point , the operation of the SuperMotocross operation, Staff and teams was priceless great! Love everything
The venue was nice, facilities & all. The track & racers were awesome, the races even better. However, the concessions were terribly understaffed, very high priced, LONG waits. They should allow more than 2 bottles of water per person on a 8-10 hour venue.
Rain held off, and that was wonderful. The racing was fun, and my six-year-old grandson enjoyed it, which was the entire reason for going. My big disappointment was the concessions, which were the worst I have experienced at any track. I ordered a bottle Diet Coke, and it was flat.
Had a blast. Great seats. Only negative is concession line too long to get anything
Excellent event, nice venue, not really a bad seat in the house, great racing too! The only negative is the rigs were parked too close together in the pits and that made it for very crowded isle ways.
This is the first year that ZMAX DRAGWAY in Concord NC has held this type of event and they failed miserably! Not enough food/drink vendors to accommodate the amount of people that attended - We stood in a line for food for over an hour and then were told they ran out. This was a cashless event yet most all of the card readers struggled to process payments making even the drink cart lines painfully long and slow (when you could find one that had anything left to sell). We missed most of the first race waiting in lines. This was a common complaint we heard by many others attending the event. Leaving the venue was a challenge as well since they didn't have nearly enough people directly traffic so people were driving in all directions trying to get out instead of being directed where to go. All in all great racing but terrible venue!!! I hope this event comes back again next year but this venue has got to do better!!!!
I don't think the venue adequately anticipated the volume of people attending this event. Lines everywhere were a mile long for everything from food and drinks to merch. Network was slow, so transactions took forever. The racing was fantastic as expected. Track was great. Leaving the venue after the event was a complete cluster-blank. We waited over an hour just to get out of the lot. You would think that a complex the size of ZMax, Charlotte Motor Speedway, etc... would know how to funnel people out in a quick and efficient manner.
Best race we’ve been to in years and hope it come back to Charlotte again!
The event itself was excellent. I love going to the races. But the speakers were way too loud. Every time someone would talk it would be deafening.
Too crowded, Huge lines at concession stands. And the track was very 1 lined, still a pretty good time.
This was a cool event from start to finish. Although traffic leaving the event was brutal!
I've never been to a motor cycle event until this event happened. My girlfriend wanted to go so I went to make her happy and keep the peace in the household. I had a fabulous time and will definitely go again if given the chance.
