About

Tash Sultana is a multi-instrumentalist who went from busking the streets of Melbourne, Australia, to releasing platinum-selling albums and appearing on high-profile festival stages like Coachella, Lollapalooza, Bonnaroo and Austin City Limits. In 2016, their DIY recording of “Jungle” catapulted them to international fame, with the YouTube clip receiving over 1.6 million views. In 2017, with just one EP under their belt, Sultana became the first pre-debut artist to sell out three shows at London’s Brixton Academy. Flow State (2018) became Sultana’s debut studio album, spawning the popular tracks “Mystik” and “Murder to the Mind,” each showcasing Sultana’s laid-back and soulful stylings. NME described the Aussie’s second album, Terra Firma (2021), as “a record made by someone with something poignant to say.” On March 13, 2023, Sultana released “James Dean,” the lead single off their 2023 EP Sugar, as they prepared to embark on an expansive North American tour. In 2025, Tash embarks on an exciting new chapter with “Milk & Honey” and “Hold On,” two powerful singles from their forthcoming EP.

    I saw Tash Sultana @ The Rooftop Pier 17 in NYC. Fireworks on the coast at dusk to add to the vibe. She's an incredible performer and beyond talented musician. A concert-goer had a medical emergency and she stopped to get emergency services to the person. That says alot!

    I have to say this woman is so talented words can't describe her...she is pure positive powerful energy I connected to her YEARS ago when she got me through the darkest times of my life. I cried at this concert I got chills I felt pure bliss the highest vibration I ever felt in my life. Thank you Tash I truly love you and can't wait to hear your new stuff. I will most definitely be seeing you again.

    I have been following Tash since she was 19. I like watching her evolve as an artist. She has lost some of herself lately and is following her ego and not her heart. She has this incredible talent and the power to impact the world and make it better, so I wonder why she is selling a drink brand and not focusing on this beautiful gift that she has been given. Move from you focused to people focused. The world needs kindness and love. Write about the people and experiences that you have on your journeys. Stop moving so fast so your light shines brighter.
