The Down & Outs are a New York City based three-piece building their own world at the intersection of Brooklyn techno and Manhattan rock. Buzzing through the nightly cycle of rock shows, DJ sets, and after-after-parties in the fervent NYC music scene, the band captures their experiences in propulsive and alluring tracks that blend cool, sensuality with unrestrained (and often noisy) catharsis.
