They Might Be Giants Tickets

TMBG put on an awesome show! They played for at least two hours and playing songs from multiple albums.

2 shows that night. Was obviously their warm up show. Been seeing them for decades. Crushing disappointment.

Sounded just like they do on CD and vinyl. Music was awesome and loud. John and John sounded great and were very entertaining. Set list was great! My son is a big fan, but after watching them live I have become a fan as well.

The Madison is such a wonderful venue to watch a great band such as They Might Be Giants! Highly recommend getting the pit tickets

They Might Be Giants continues to be one of the most original bands out there. Unfortunately their fans, not as bad as some, continue to take way too many videos and photos. It's very distracting. Obviously. Blocking people's views for an entire song by holding up a phone, which has an illuminated monitor on the back, is obviously very distracting.

It was a great show. They featured songs from Mink Car. They always do an amazing job. Great performance. Can’t wait until they’re in town again.

I had so much fun getting to see they might be giants! If you go I recommend getting there early and getting a good spot! There’s lots of standing room but I’m short and struggled to see so I stayed in the balcony for my viewing! The set was fun and they play many well known songs! They don’t have CDs outside of their ‘book book’ but you can find their CDs online. No opener and they only sold merch during the beginning and their break so make sure to get it before the show!

They Might Be Giants is a great band, witty, funny and with a horn section. My only complaint is the same complaint I have with most shows: Too many people taking photos with their phones. It's bad enough to hold something up that blocks people's view, but your phone also has an illuminated monitor on the back. Very distracting. Concerts are held in a darkened room FOR A REASON. Thank you.

Love that their set list is different throughout the tour. Found out they were playing mostly Apollo 18 and couldn’t have been happier. Of course they threw in some other songs, including a cover of Destiny Child’s Bills (amazing, of course). The venue had some technical difficulties but it just meant that we got to hear John L decide to do some songs on the accordion. Played for over two hours and I would have been happy to hear two more. Amazing concert.

Still, the promised updates regarding the snake-covered container ships, the Equestrian Monument Kerfuffle, and the whole forest moaning thing are not forthcoming. What are they hiding?

Played a double set with only 20 minutes break in between, and kept the energy going through the whole thing. Spectacular performance, and (less importantly) possibly the best merch I’ve seen at a concert. Will be seeing them again next time they come through

Bought tickets in 2019, there was some postponement. Their performance was delightful, comfortable, and only awkward at one point. Very entertaining and friendly atmosphere. Enjoyed all the songs from flood except for maybe how they framed one of them. Some of the ones from book were good. Over-all I would recommend and see again.

Had a blast! I think I've seen TMBG 6 times over the last 30 years and they are always fantastic.

Awesome show by TMBG. Venue needs to speed up the load-in, that took a stupidly long time. We've neen to many shows at HoB Dallas and this one had the most ridiculously long and slow entry line we ever encountered there. They also had the 2nd floor bathroom blocked off, which was not awesomeness after waiting so long in the rain to get inside. Merch was in a weird location where folks had to like up down a stairwell - not very ADA friendly. After the show, they hustled us out, which was rude considering how long they took to let us in. Thumbs down. The band itself was amazing. The venue, meh performance.

Once again House of Blues had an insane line to enter the venue. With only 2 people checking IDs at the door and only 3 medal detectors that were WAY more sensitive than ones at TSA. I had nothing metal on & set it off 3x before the person used a wand. If there were 3-4 more employees helping, once someone set it off 1 time, the next person behind me could enter while another guard used the wand on me. BUT EVERYONE in line had to wait while I went in & out and wait while she used the wand. Many people arrived early and missed the first 10-20 minutes of the show! Then, once inside, the GA area was so full we were up against the bar area. The lines for the bar are so long, we were pushed against folks in the GA area. Again. Hire 2 more people to help! It seems like I use to go here and have a good time. Be warned if a show is even near “sold out” you will be pressed up against someone and either the bar, the side walls or the VIP ropes. Never again. Even if you’re “VIP” you have to fight through to get to the bathroom & bar. IDC who is playing, I won’t be there.
