TINA - The Tina Turner Musical on Tour
Experience the exhilarating Broadway musical that takes you on Tina Turner's trailblazing journey. The New York Times raves, "It possesses a seismic power! I've rarely heard an audience with this mighty a roar." And The Guardian cheers, "It's a celebration of triumph over adversity!"
With raw emotion in her voice and fire in her belly, Tina went from the little girl in small-town Tennessee, to the legend that ignited the globe with hits like, "What's Love Got To Do With It," "Proud Mary," "Private Dancer" and "River Deep." She made her own rules--defying the world's notions of race, age and gender. And it took blood, sweat, tears and triumphs to reach the top. A sold-out, smash hit in London, this is Tina's story, her way--brought to the stage by the Tony Award-nominated director, Phyllida Lloyd, and the history-making, Olivier Award-winning playwright of The Mountaintop, Katori Hall.

Cast, music, storyline — all fantastic!! Of course the venue is always great for acoustics. A great afternoon with great friends!
Definitely worth seeing. The entire cast has amazing voices, and the encore performance had the entire audience standing on their feet.
A great show! It was a very entertaining and it, did not gloss over the rougher parts of her life. The singing and dance numbers were awesome. I will say that I felt Tina's voice could have been a little deeper. I understand that Tina's voice was unique but the actress playing her needed to go down an octave or two IMHO. It threw me off for a little bit then I settled in and became immersed in the experience. We had 1st level center so we had great seats. The grand finale blew me away. I audibly gasped and said WOW and just when you think it's over you get a little bit more! It really was a play, musical and concert all rolled up into one. I will say that due to some of the content (domestic violence, drug abuse and some language) I'm not sure if I would take younger children. It's definitely a PG borderline R on the content spectrum. I definitely recommend and would see it again if I had the opportunity.
The show was fantastic! Very well done, high energy performers and very talented. Music was great, as expected. Would highly recommend for someone who enjoys music and is interested in gaining insight into the struggles of a female performer in the 1970s and 80s.
The show and staff were amazing! The only complaint was restroom availability at this venue.
Tina will blow you away! The musical and vocal talent in the show is sooo good! Also the choreography and numbers are so authentic you feel like you are really seeing the real artist. The story is very emotional and beautiful throughout!
OMG what an awesome show!!!! The singing and acting was fantastic!!! We would not hesitate to go back again!!!!
This musical was so wonderful! Her story from the beginning with unbelievable performances. The venue (Murat-Indy) is pretty but old. Not a ton of leg room. Staff could’ve done a better job directing folks (Live Nation).
I had several experiences. It gave my soul so much joy. I partied! It was awesome in so many ways. I loved "Tina"and the talented cast. It reminded me of how much I miss seeing Tina Turner. Shout out to whoever had this vision. I am gonna see it again...somewhere. A must!!! Oh, I had a great seat Orchestra-center left.
