You must present a valid picture ID, the actual credit card used to place the order, and the order number. TICKETS ONLY: Tickets will be available for pickup on Wednesday of festival week at 4:00 pm at the Ranch House. From Thursday through Sunday during the festival they will be at the East Gate. CAMPING/PARKING PASSES: Passes will be available for pickup on Wednesday of festival week at 4:00 pm at the respective campground. If tickets were also purchased, the campground may have them to give at the same time. Otherwise, look for the concert tickets at the East Gate during the festival.

Limited daily parking is available in the day parking lots adjacent to the concert area. Cars must be removed from the parking lots within one hour of the final concert each night (no later than 2:00 am). Daily parking is $5 per day.
