Thought that the even was once again entertaining. Would have like to see the trucks have more challenges during free style with higher jumps and such.

  • Always a crowd Pleaser

    by Monkey1702 on 2/21/11Sprint Center - Kansas CityRating: 4 out of 5

The parking for the event was a little crazy on friday night. We had to park too far away and with little kids that is not always fun. That is the only reason I would not give this 5 stars. The overall show was wicked, the motorcross stunts were fun, nice to see some added this year. My Kids loved it, that is all i heard about all the way home.

  • Great time

by ajlnil on 2/21/11Allstate Arena - RosemontRating: 4 out of 5

We took my grandson for his 5th Birthday along with a friend of his. They both had a blast. He love's Monster Jam, we record it every time it is on and he watches it all the time, so he loved being there for the real thing. Be aware though of the expense's once you are there. Cotton candy, snow cones, just about everything comes w/ a souvenir and cost a fortune. Even the things without a souvenir is very expensive. It is a great time for the kids, just be prepared for them wanting everything they see, and it is super expensive.

Advertisement stated that Grave Digger woulb be performing but didn't. My son is a huge fan of Grave Digger. Had i known I would have continued to operate my business instead of paying overtime wages to attend event with my son.

  • Pretty Cool

by TGonzales on 2/21/11Tingley Coliseum - AlbuquerqueRating: 4 out of 5

I ended up going to the last show on Sunday and I thought it was better then the other shows that they have on Friday and Saturday.

  • First Time

by JenJenBookkeeping on 2/21/11DCU Center - WorcesterRating: 4 out of 5

Arena is Too Small for the monster trucks. It is great for the first time. I wouldn't take my kids to DCU again to see it. My kids are older and it wasn't what was expected. Great for the younger kids. I was disappointed that you only had were you could get pit passes on Saturday only. It would have made it more exciting if we were able to do that as well.

  • Dodger Stadium - Too Small

by mkunhappy on 2/21/11Dodgers Stadium - Los AngelesRating: 1 out of 5

If you've only seen Monster Jam on TV and are expecting what you see on TV to be in the show at Dodgers Stadium - dont go! Imagine trying to fit all that you see on the TV into a baseball diamond. It just doesn't happen. I am very disappointed that Dodgers Stadium and Monster Jam teamed up together to take all of our hard earned Angelino money leading us to believe that this venue is worth the same ticket price as Anaheim or any other venue with a football field worth of space. BOO on big corporations STILL trying to make a buck during these hard times. Plus Dodgers Stadium is not built for winter events. Shame on them.

Great Show. the arena is a little small for this type of event but very enjoyable for the kids. Just bring your ear protection since it really that loud.

  • Monster Jam / Consol Energy Pittsburgh

by Apollorocket on 2/21/11CONSOL Energy Center - PittsburghRating: 3 out of 5

Overall the experience was good. Monster Jam is much better suited at an outside arena because if limited space inside. But for a February day in Pittsburgh, it was still worth it.

  • BORING MONSTER JAM

    by Behappy2011 on 2/21/11Sun Life Stadium - MiamiRating: 3 out of 5

The Show from the Drivers is very good as usual. This was my 4th year taking my kids to see Monster Jam. BUT this year was kind of boring, NO Music (why??)... was missing a DJ over there for sure. The entertainer sucks period. NO motocross or other show.

Children enjoyed as well as the adults. I recommend ear plugs for the little ones. It was a little loud but fun.

  • All Freestyle was fantastic

    by medicman9699 on 2/21/11Sprint Center - Kansas CityRating: 5 out of 5

I thought that adding the freestyle motocross, ATV's and others really put a cap on the show! My kids were amazed by it and because if that we went and purchased tickets to see the Nuclear Cowboyz and their upcoming show next month!!!!!

  • Monster jam venue too small

by NicciW on 2/20/11FedExForum - MemphisRating: 2 out of 5

The fedex forum was too small for the Monster Jam. While the venue was nice and I would attend other events there, the arena was too small for this event.

quad wars almost ruins the entire show. it is done in such poor taste. if i wanted to see something like that i would go see WWE. if they have quad wars next year, i'm not buying tickets...

  • cool but quick

    by hillstreet2770 on 2/20/11DCU Center - WorcesterRating: 4 out of 5

great show but little too short (only 1 1/2 hour) for $$$ spent!

  • by Dimples5110 on 2/20/11CONSOL Energy Center - PittsburghRating: 5 out of 5

We took our son for his 6th birthday. He LOVED it!! It was his first monster truck show. We are definitely going next year. It wasn't only monster trucks though-they had snowmobiles riding up ramps doing tricks and mini 4 wheeler races. AWESOME!! Definitely get the ear plugs and I'd recommend getting kids size from the store and taking them.

  • Monster Trucks - Sometimes

by Kluboski on 2/20/11CONSOL Energy Center - PittsburghRating: 4 out of 5

I had a good time overall at the event in Pittsburgh at the Consol Energy Center. I do remember going to see Monster Jam around 20 years ago, and there being more actual Monster Truck activity back then. This time it seemed like the four wheelers and snow bike think were used as fillers, and they seemed to get the trucks out very sparingly. It also felt like the trucks were run very gently, and really didn't get a good workout (as I remembered previously). I would like to see less of the "entertainment" of the guys on four wheelers giving pro-wrestling like interviews as well....that's pretty pathetic.

  • MONSTER JAM

by loveamandlgh on 2/20/11FedExForum - MemphisRating: 5 out of 5

very enjoyable...my husband and son love trucks and stuff so this was awesome!

  • Venue size

by Anonymous on 2/20/11CONSOL Energy Center - PittsburghRating: 3 out of 5

The Trucks were cool but not enough room to do anything. As soon as they reved up they had to shut it back down so that they didn't hit the wall. I thought it was smaller than the Melon arena. I was very dissapointed. The snowmobiles were really neat. Won't go back unless it's at Heinz Field or someplace larger.

The event was better than prior events that were held in Mellon Arena. More trucks were at this event than before. It was pleasureable and no seat was a bad seat.
