ASD stole the show. Thought they should have been the headliner....

  • Alesana basically ripped off my face

by STNWD on 2/21/10Peabody's Downunder - ClevelandRating: 5 out of 5

This was one of the best shows I've been to in a while. Though there is no way of topping Underoath's holiday tour, this show came in close second. I missed We Came As Romans, and wan't too impressed by Of Mice And Men, But by the time The Word Alive Came on, I was having the time of my life. The Word Alive was really interactive with the crowd, which was great. A Skylit Drive COMPLETELY tore it up. Being one of my favorite bands, I was amazed by them. And then came Alesana, with one of the best entries ever. The strobe lights and stage presence of the band was incredible. It was overall a great concert.

They played their new music which sucks. Too many 13 year olds there.

  • Alesana

by Sugarbush on 2/20/10Peabody's Downunder - ClevelandRating: 5 out of 5

Great Show! Loved it and the set. I see Alesana in all the states close to Ohio and have been going to shows for a while and I love the fact that the band does connect with the people and does not see themselves as any different than anyone else. The music is great and energetic.

  • Alesana and Asking Alexandria Were Mind-Blowing!!!

by Larka on 12/12/09Area 702 Indoor Skatepark - Las VegasRating: 5 out of 5

I was already going to this show with very high expectations. Turned out to be better than I imagined! I loved the entire concert setting in itself, not only for the fact that I am a skateboarder, but it was the perfect size and setup. The first bands Memphis May Fire and The Word Alive were pretty amazing, they did very well. I was mostly there to see one of my favorite bands Asking Alexandria and oh my gawd......best show I had been to all year, and I go to almost every possible show in Las Vegas. I had previously seen them when they very first came to Las Vegas and it was great then but this show blew it out of the water!! They share a bond with the audience like bands should. From First To Last did a great job as well. I was also there to see Alesana...they are a great band. They did AMAZING!!! I like them live more than the records/albums. Same goes for Asking Alexandria. I would love to see this venue over and over again. I didn't want it to ever end. Also what I was suprised and overly joyed about was that every single performing band came out afterwards and spent time with the fans. Talking, taking photos and doing countless autgraphs. Bands rarely do that anymore....especially in Vegas shows. It was amazing because I got to spend actual time with the bands and knowing who they were as people. Bands who truely return their love to the fans and do things like this are what really makes a band in my eyes. I understand the bands who cannot come out afterwards because they are on tour and have to be somewhere else almost immeadiatley,so they are in the clear. It was all an unforgettable experience. I highly reccomend this concert and venue and I await the bands featured's arrival to Las Vegas again for another round of good times and unforgettable memories.
